Castle Celebrations Chap.2

A few days had passed since you gave Diavolo the big news, and Lucifer had told his brothers In which they were more than elated about it and he thought they'd go mad with joy, the news also spread to purgatory hall in which made Luke so happy that he was brought to tears, and In light of this Diavolo wanted to celebrate at once so he organized a grand party just for you as to celebrate the coming of your baby, and your husband was still very much In shock about having a baby but It didn't quell his happiness in the least, and It seemed the Devildom was excited too for the soon arrival of It's future Heir or Heiress In which debate was already sparking.

you were in the bedroom as you finished getting ready with Eliza's help, she'd done your hair and makeup for you as you now put on your earrings along with a necklace,

Eliza smiled, "Oh this is so wonderful! there hasn't been a baby in the castle for decades"

you giggled, "I would imagine so, Dia was the only child"

you looked down at your stomach as you touched it with a smile, It was still settling in your mind that you'd be having a baby soon but you were able to fully grasp it now, the royal doctor came back to give you some advice on what to avoid in terms of food and drink, especially tea

you rose from the vanity chair as you went to go put on your gown, It was light in color with white and grey along with some gold details that had pearls, Eliza closed It up in the back for you before you slipped on your high heels that matched, just then Diavolo came inside

"My Dear? are you ready," 

you turned with a smile, "Yes just one second"

Diavolo was dressed In a suite, a smile came to his face "you look radiant my light"

he came up behind and hugged you as you giggled while leaning into his touch

he then kissed your hand, "If you feel uncomfortable during the festivities please don't hesitate to tell me"

you smiled, "I will, but I'll be fine Dia I'm not that far along yet"

 you then locked hands as you left the bedroom to head downstairs to the ballroom where the party was taking place, and just as you ascended the grand staircase together Lucifer's brothers rushed over to the bottom of the stairs 

Asmodeus hugged you first, "Oh my gosh I still can't believe It! congratulations!"

you smiled and hugged him back as the others crowded you in a group hug, In which you started to feel yourself getting emotional as you felt some tears gather in your eyes

"I still can't believe It" said Belphegor

you smiled and nodded, "I know...but It's happening"

Lucifer came over, "Now all of you don't smother her, give her some air"

you giggled, "It's okay Lucifer"

you then went to go rejoin your husband as he was preparing to welcome everyone for coming, and Barbatos handed out glasses of Demonus to everyone except for you, but you were given a sparkling juice instead as Diavolo tapped a fork against his glass

"Welcome everyone! I would like to thank you all for coming to this party which I put together to celebrate my beloved's pregnancy, but right now I'd like to make a toast to her and our child...I'll do my utmost to be the best father I can be"

"Cheers!"

you clinked your glass with Diavolo's before you had a sip of the juice, It was white grape and it was really tasty to you, just then you moved to the buffet table with Diavolo as you ate some of the little things Barbatos had prepared, Diavolo picked up one of the cupcakes to feed you

you took a bite, before wiping your mouth "oh, It's coconut,"

"really? how exciting"

Diavolo had a bite too, his eyes lit up "It's delicious!"

you giggled, "mhm, I like it too"

after enjoying the rest of the cupcake you got one of the little plates to get some food, you were Indeed feeling more hungry usual but you already knew It was a pregnancy symptom

just as Asmo came over, "I didn't get to say earlier but that dress is beautiful on you"

you smiled, "Thank you Asmo"

"So....I wanted to ask before anyone else did, but could I be the honorary Uncle"

this caught Mammon's ear and he turned, "Oi! I got first dibs to be the Uncle"

"No way It's me" said Belphie

Diavolo started to laugh, "Hah! they're all eager to be uncles It seems"

Lucifer face palmed, "Those fools...."

Mephisto pipped up, "But...But I'm the best choice you have to admit!"

you giggled but then started, "all of you can be an Uncle don't worry"

the boys exchanged happy looks to each other, but then Thirteen came "which means I'm the only aunt!"

Mammon sighed, "Way to butt in babe"

Thirteen crossed her arms, "huh? what I'm the only girl besides (Y/n) so I'm the only auntie, which means I get to spoil it rotten"

"No I do!" said Mammon

Thirteen retorted, "Sorry Honey but I'm gonna be the cool one!"

just then Simeon and Luke came over, "(Y/n), Micheal sends his congratulations to you both"

"Oh really! please thank him on our behalf" said Diavolo

after eating and talking for a while longer it was soon time to dance, in which it'd been so long since you'd last danced with Diavolo so It felt magical all over again

you smiled, "Dia, It's been a while since we danced like this"

Diavolo chuckled, "Indeed It has, am I going too fast my love?"

"no I'm alright,"

he leaned to kiss your forehead, "how I wish mother could be with us now...I know she would be elated to have a grandchild"

you rested your head on his shoulder, "I know, oh..."

you realized about your own parents, "darling, before the baby comes we should go visit my parents...they haven't met you yet, and still don't know I'm married"

"That's right, but my light do you...do you think they'll like me?"

you smiled and kissed his nose, "Of course they will, they'll love you Dia"

Diavolo spun you around before bringing you back to him, a smile coming to his face

"Alright, I can't wait to meet them"

just then as you continued swaying with him you started to feel dizzy, and you held onto him tighter which he didn't fail to notice "My Light what's the matter?"

you shook your head, "I'm feeling a little dizzy, but I'll be okay"

he stopped and rubbed your back as you rested from dancing for a bit, but then he picked you up in a bridal carry as he took you to a place where you could sit down

he took a knee in front of you as he held your hand, "feeling any better?"

you nodded, "yes, thank you darling"

just then Barbatos came over in concern, "Is her Majesty alright?"

"she got dizzy while we were dancing, Barbatos please bring her some water"

Barbatos went to go get you some water, and after having a sip of that you started feeling better as you sat for a while longer until you were well enough to stand up again, and you finished your dance with Diavolo happily as you continued on celebrating into the evening.
