It was In the middle of the day and at this time your husband was busy in his office, today was the day you'd be having a check up with the royal doctor, but what's more you were under the weather recently which didn't help anything at all, you were feeling more sick than ever but you didn't know why which was why Diavolo had sent for the doctor to see you. besides that some good things had happened recently, Mammon and Thirteen got engaged to be married soon after dating for a while which made you happy as Mammon had finally found his match, but what's more Satan opened a new Library that was cat friendly which was a big hit.
you were laying in bed as the royal doctor was putting away his equipment, and Eliza stood near the bedside as she asked a few questions out of her own concern for you
"Her Majesty has been sick more and more, Is there something serious?"
the demon doctor shook his head, "No Miss Eliza, In fact the cause is something to celebrate"
you furrowed your brows, "what do you mean?"
he bowed, "you're pregnant"
you laid there for the moment, just as Eliza beamed with joy "This is wonderful!"
It then registered as you sat up in bed, "Really....I'm..."
"Yes"
A smile started to grow on your face as you touched your stomach, you and Diavolo were going to have a baby soon of your own, you started getting out of the bed as you thanked the doctor
Eliza stopped you, "My Lady where're you going?"
"I have to tell Dia!" you said excitedly
you then rushed out of the bedroom in your nightgown as you headed down the hall, you knew Diavolo was meeting with Lucifer right now but this was something you couldn't wait for, you continued until you came outside of his office and you entered inside
"Excuse me,"
Diavolo looked to the door, "Oh my Light, Is something wrong?"
"I'm sorry to Interrupt but I had to see you right away"
Diavolo looked to his old friend, "Lucifer"
"I'll step out the room for a moment then" he said
"Oh Luci you can stay don't worry" you said
you went to Diavolo and held his hands, "The doctor just saw me...I've been sick lately and now I know the reason why"
he gave your hands a squeeze, "Yes?"
you smiled, "We're having a baby"
Lucifer's eyes widened as he looked over to you, and Diavolo's eyes widened as well but then
"Is It true?"
you nodded with a smile, Diavolo's golden eyes started to fill up with tears as he brought a hand to cover his mouth, and you noticed the trembling of his shoulders
"Dia..."
you touched his shoulder but then he dropped to his knees, hugging your waist as he cried
he took in a deep breath "We're having a baby...."
you hugged his head as he squeezed you tight, and you now started to have your own tears fall
Lucifer smiled warmly, "Congratulations to you both"
his tears stained your nightgown as he continued to cry, but not tears of displeasure but those of great happiness but also some of his own fright If he'd be a good enough father
Diavolo then looked up at you, "My light...I love you so much, I'm so happy!"
you smiled warmly and wiped his tears, "I love you too Dia, and I know our baby will"
Diavolo smiled lovingly and kissed your hand before he stood up to embrace you in his arms,
"My Light, will I...be able to be the father they need"
you rubbed his back, "of course you will"
Diavolo cupped your cheeks and kissed you on the lips before your forehead
you giggled as he then released you, and Lucifer gave you a congratulatory hug
"My brother's will be thrilled" he said
you smiled, "I'm sure they will"
Lucifer broke the hug before he shook Diavolo's hand, "I know you'll both be great parents"
Diavolo smiled, "Thank you Lucifer,"
he then wiped his eyes with his sleeve, "Goodness...I haven't cried this much In so long"
Diavolo then came back over as he kissed your hands, "I may doubt myself but I'll do what I can to make sure I'm always there for our baby, no matter what I promise"
you smiled and stroked his cheek with your thumb, "I know"
you embraced in a hug once more as Diavolo started to cry again, all the while you rested your head on his shoulder as you held to each other.
