Once you all were transported to the hospital, the Succubi nurses and demon doctor's rushed to take the both of you back to room's as they assessed what had happened. you were taken to the Maternity ward while Diavolo was taken to the emergency care unit of the hospital he still had a pulse so he wasn't critical but It was still Important that they rushed him to surgery to get the bullets removed, and Barbatos told Mephisto to let Lucifer know what was happening
Diavolo was unresponsive while you were very much awake, and also very frightened but Eliza stayed by your side until you reached the room, It was the biggest one that the hospital had to offer with the most comforts too, the Succubi nurse told Eliza to help you get undressed and Into a hospital gown as best you could right now, and she did as told as she helped you change
"E...Eliza...what's happening?" you asked
She held your hand, "you're about to give birth soon my lady,"
you let that settle in your mind but then, "What about Dia? is he alright"
"........" she said
a few tears rolled down your cheeks, "Eliza...what's happening?! this is like that nightmare I had long ago...It's...It's happened"
she gave your hand a squeeze, "Perhaps a vision of the future? but that's not Important right now, what's Important is that you see this through and birth the princess"
you covered your face with a hand as you trembled, but then you felt another wave of pain come which made you throw your head back onto the pillow, just then you saw Asmodeus, Mephisto and Belphegor rush into the room In which you were happy to see them
"Asmo...Belphie"
Asmodeus rushed to your side, "Oh My Gosh! we were so worried!"
you looked to Belphie, "Where...where's everyone?"
"Lucifer, Satan, Mammon and Beel went to check on his Majesty's situation" he said
you nodded just as Asmodeus held your hand, "We're here for you hon don't worry!"
you smiled through the pain, "Thank you...."
some more tears stung In your eyes as Asmodeus hugged you, all the while you still shook
Belphegor came to the other side of you, "We'll be here as long as you need, I promise"
just then one of the Succubi nurses returned to take your blood pressure, and also check the progress of the baby which she'd be coming very soon, the demon doctor soon came
he bowed, "Your Majesty, I'll be assisting you as you give birth"
he went to put on his gloves, just as Eliza assisted the nurse to put one of the blankets over your legs as to give you decency, In which you opened up your legs underneath as you felt the baby starting to move "Ah!!!"
you looked to Asmo and Belphie, "I...I can't...I can't do this without him...."
Asmodeus rubbed your back as you sat up a little, "We know Honey we know"
"Alright your Majesty, take a deep breath and push as hard as you can"
you really wanted Diavolo to be here with you for this, but It was out of everyone's hands right now so you did as told and pushed with all of your might "Ahhhhhhh!"
It hurt a lot and sweat beads had already gathered onto your forehead, you squeezed Asmo and Belphie's hands hard as you tried pushing again until you had to take a moment's rest
Asmo wiped your forehead, "There, there you're doing so good"
Belphegor gave your hand a squeeze, "You're so strong (Y/n), we know you got this"
a little smile came to your face as you heard their words of encouragement, but then Barbatos came into the room along with Lucifer who had an equally worried expression
Barbatos came to your bedside, "His Majesty's In surgery right now and It's going well...he's fine and breathing"
you let out a sigh of relief, as you teared up again "Thank goodness...."
Asmodeus made way as Lucifer came to your side, "Everything's going to be fine"
"That's good...I'm so glad...."
the doctor cleared his throat, "My Lord's you're smothering her Majesty, there's already too many of you In the room"
Lucifer and Asmodeus gave you some space and so did Barbatos, just as you pushed again
"Ahhhhhh!"
you felt the baby was getting closer to her exit as you sat up again, taking in a few deep breaths as you pushed with all of your strength which made your body tremble
"Gahhhh!"
you then collapsed back onto the pillow again as you breathed, and Asmo wiped your forehead as you were starting to get some of the color back to your face, and the doctor checked underneath the blanket to see the progress "Your Majesty just one more push!"
"Hear that (Y/n) the baby's almost here!" said Asmo
"Your Majesty! Your Majesty you have to come back don't go In there!"
just then you all turned to see Diavolo struggling into the room, and he was being held back by two of the nurses but he'd pried free of their hold as he rushed over to you
a weak smile came to your face, "Dia!"
Diavolo was in a hospital gown and his back had just been patched up, but the sleeping gas had worn off as soon as the surgery was done much to their disapproval he'd rushed there
he gripped your hand, his own hands shaking "My Light...I'm here..."
he caressed your cheek, "Are you alright...I heard the baby's almost here, you've done so well...."
Diavolo's eyes shined with love and concern, you squeezed his hand back as you smiled at him but then your smile fell as you felt the urge to push again, and so you did using your all
"GAHHHHHHHHH!!!!!"
your screamed resonated throughout the room and hallway, but then as you rested you heard the sounds of a baby crying which made you started to break down
you looked to see Elaine being brought from under the blanket, the doctor instructed Diavolo on what to do as he cut the cord before she was taken to be cleaned up, you opened your arms to Diavolo as he hugged you all the while he broke down crying as well
"My Love...you did It...you did It!"
you smiled through your tears as he then kissed you all over your face, just then Satan, Levi, Mammon and Beelzebub came into the room, "Hey! did we miss it already!"
Lucifer gestured Mammon to be quiet, just as Elaine was bundled up and brought over to you as you sat up to receive her in your arms, she had little tufts of red auburn hair on her head just like her father's but It was a little redder, you pressed some kisses to her mostly bald head
you smiled warmly, "Elaine...It's so nice to meet you..."
Diavolo came to your side as he teared up again, and gently stroked her cheek with his finger
"she's so precious...my love...she looks just like you"
Diavolo leaned down to gently press as kiss to her head too, but then he kissed you again
"My Light you're truly amazing...."
Elaine started to fuss as she cried and you soothed her, "It's alright my love, I'm here"
Elaine's eyes watered as you then noticed they were golden, Eliza wiped a tear from her cheek and then scolded the other's to give you privacy for now as you needed to feed Elaine, and soon the room did clear out but Diavolo stayed by your side on the hospital bed.
