A Date Chap.5

The next day...

After leaving things In the hands of Lucifer and his brothers you both headed off, to the human world for a nice day together after working so hard for the past week, In casual clothing and shoes In which It was great to be not wearing heels for once to you, It was getting warmer In the human world and Devildom which signified that summer was on It's way, which excited Diavolo as It was one of his favorite times of the year besides the fall months, he hoped that you both could have a stay at his private beach during that time or even a summer party.

you and Diavolo had just arrived In the human world, you looked up to the blue sky and shining sun happily as you locked hands with him while walking down the sidewalk together

Diavolo then pointed out, "My Light look!"

you looked In the direction he was pointing to a poster, and there you saw the familiar Alien Princess and her human lover from the movie you'd seen together a year ago, and the poster told about an upcoming squeal to said movie, you and Diavolo looked excitedly at each other

"There's a second one! we have to come see when It's out" he said

you smiled with a nod, "yes, I wonder what It'll be about I hope they'll reunite In this one"

after reminiscing a while longer you both continued walking, just as an Idea popped into your head as you headed to one of the nearest mall's together to look around, and the place that caught your eye the most right now was the baby store, so you decided to go there for a bit as you looked at the baby clothes and shoes for both boys and girls

you picked up a pair of little black shoes, "Dia look, aren't these adorable"

"They're absolutely darling! so small" he said

you giggled as you picked up a little dress, "you know Yesterday Mephisto seemed convinced we'd be having a boy"

Diavolo nodded, "I see, though when It comes to the child's gender there's no way of knowing right now so one can only guess"

"Mhm"

just then out of the corner of your eye you saw the cutest stuffed animal, you went over to pick it up as you showed It to Diavolo and he marveled at It's cuteness too

"Shall we get It and put it away for the baby?" he asked

you smiled with a nod, "mhm"

you held the bear in your arms as you both went to look at baby beds, you saw a few options that you liked but you knew It wouldn't be hard to buy one In the Devildom back home, after looking at some other baby essential's you soon left the baby store, after paying for the teddy bear which you decided would be your child's first toy. After looking around In the clothing shops you helped Diavolo look for more human world clothes to have 

"What do you think?"

you smiled and then fixed his collar, "It's really dashing, I like It"

"Alright then I'll get this one too, though...I should look for some comfortable summer outfits as well"

you nodded In agreement, "that would be Ideal,"

you helped him to pick out some comfortable clothes for the summer, before you yourself found some clothes for the hotter weather as well with some new shoes too, after you finished shopping you started feeling hungry so Diavolo suggested you get something to eat

though right now your craving for sweets was bigger than ever, but you found a cute place that sold Egg bubble waffles that you could have with any Ice cream and toppings, so you ordered one with chocolate ice cream with strawberries and whipped cream, while your husband wanted to try the chocolate banana egg waffle with banana and chocolate ice cream

you then went to sit down together as you enjoyed the ice cream first, 

"Here My Love"

he held out a piece of his waffle and you leaned forward as he fed It to you, and you could really taste the banana It wasn't too strong but you liked It "It's yummy"

Diavolo smiled, "It is, I really like this...I've never had these kinds of waffles before"

you happily ate yours, "Me too, It's really good"

just then Diavolo kissed away a spot of whipped cream on your cheek, It made you giggle

you got a spoonful of your Ice cream and fed some to him, It was really rich In chocolate

"Wow!"

Diavolo then licked his lips, "My Light, I know I asked this before but...will your parents really like me?"

you smiled and touched his hand, "What's not to love about you Dia, I'm sure they will but even If they don't It's okay...as long as they know you're the man I love"

Diavolo held your hand back, "You're right...It's just I'm nervous you see"

"I know, It's always like that when meeting In Laws...but there's nothing to worry about, though we'll have to come up with a story on how we met"

Diavolo nodded, "Yes"

you then continued with the ice cream until only the waffle was left, and so you both ate them as you walked around for a while longer just as Diavolo spotted merch for the show he was into at the moment, Leviathan had Introduced him to another new Anime that you also liked

Diavolo put on the merch hat, and you took a fun picture of you both wearing matching ones as you shared a kiss, the day had gone wonderfully and the both of you needed this time together as It had been much missed, though when you were apart doing your respective work for the Devildom your hearts were always connected as one like they'd always been.
