A big congratulations to our Write to Rank winners! Thank you for participating, we hope you learned something, made a new friend, and had some fun!
Some background: Initially we only planned to have two rounds of judging, but we had a really hard time narrowing the stories down to just one. So, we took the time to do three rounds, and for some rounds, we actually did four rounds of judging. The combined scores from the various judges were used to pick the winners.
Some stories scored so close to the winners that we decided to add them as honorable mentions—they are not mentioned in any particular order and the number for each round will differ.
The Grand Master (Overall Winner) was selected as follow: We first determined the participants that successfully entered for each of the nine rounds and then tallied all their scores across the nine rounds to get our high scorer.
Note: Although round 7, 8 & 9 followed we judged each separately.
