If there comes a time bathed in blood
And all you can utter is the name of God
It is only a challenge you can surpass
He loved you always, first and last
A doubtful mind and a worried heart
A glimpse and yet you're afraid to start
He is with you always; always remember
That this is a truth, a truth beyond forever
Day and night you may feel pressure
And this only tells you not to endure
But be reminded that a faithful prayer
Can help you overcome all for better
Because He is who He is; He is love
Our Savior, Redeemer, Father above
This is a little reminder of a greater cause
'Cause he loves you more than enough to die on the cross
