It was like any other movie premiere Taya and her Mom went to. Taya's adoptive mom was Allison Hargeeves – famous actress and former child superhero. The two of them walked down the red carpet together, flashing lights of cameras were everywhere and there were many people shouting all sorts of questions.
The paparazzi began to ask the pair if they had heard the news, Taya gave her mom a confused look. Soon others began to ask what they'd be wearing to the funeral. Allison's agent managed to pull them away from the situation.
It turns out, Allison's father, Sir Reginald Hargeeves, was dead.
