I wake up to a flashing, beeping alarm clock. I groan and roll over and smack the snooze button. It's 6:45, no, 6:46 now. I sit up, rub my eyes, stand up, and start getting dressed. I put on some casual jeans along with a dark blue T-shirt. I walk to the bathroom and fix my hair, brush my teeth, grab my boring, black backpack, and walk out the door at 7:18.

I see the girl that gave me the letter and the guy with the black wings walking to the elevator. They look really similar, possibly siblings. I walk behind, not saying anything. We all get into the elevator and she looks at me for a second then smiles.

"Hey...James, right?" She asks and I smile a little and nod.

"Yeah, good memory," I respond.

"I'm Cameron but everyone just calls me Cam. Either ones fine," she nods her head to the tall guy with black wings. "That's my twin brother, Maxwell." He gives her a look.

(FYI the twins are 15)

"For the thousandth time Cam, I'm older than you. And don't call me Maxwell!" He tells her. She rolls her eyes.

"You're older by a minute and a half."

"It's still older."

"Whatever."

The elevator doors open and I look at the room numbers.

"What room?" Max asks me.

"Uh... 374," I tell him and he nods.

"Me too. Don't worry I know where we're going. Me and Cam have been going here a long time. And I've had to share a dorm with her for a long time. Sometimes she can be a real pain in the-"

"Watch it Mr!" I hear her say from above and I look up at her with her arms crossed, walking on the ceiling. "I'm right here you know!" I laugh and smile a bit.

We get to the classroom and I sit in the far back and Cameron plops down next to me.

"Last year I sat next to my brother. That is NOT happening again," she tells me and I chuckle a little.

"That's fine with me," I say and smile as she giggles a little.
