The Avengers know Peter is Spider-Man
Peter is 15
This is after Homecoming
I still don't own Marvel

Peter Parker was in gym class, it wasn't actually hard for him anymore, he just needed to pretend it was, "If I couldn't do it before I got the spider powers, I can't do it now" He had only run like 3 times around the hall when he got down and panted (fake of course). He felt his spider sense go off, it wasn't much but still a bit. He shrugged it off as someone maybe throwing a ball towards him. He ignored it but it just grew and grew in intensity, he felt the need to get away from the wall facing the outside. Peter realized what was making the spider-sense go off. Someone were going to bash the walls in, and there were people on that side of the gymhall. The brunette picked up a ball and went to that side of building ignoring the spider-sense telling him to run away.

"WHOEVER GETS HIT BY THIS BALL IS A LOSER!"

His teacher shot him a weird and strict glare, luckily from the other side of the room, Peter ignored the look. His plan worked, everyone started to run away from him. After everyone was long enough away he started to move towards them. His spider sense suddenly doubled in intensity. "This is gonna hurt!" was the last thing he thought before a big purple, - wait, why was it purple? - explosion made the walls fall in. He was hit by bits of debris, a lot less than he had anticipated so for once he actually had some Parker-luck.

His ears was ringing and everyone was screaming. He slowly got up from the floor and black dots started to appear in his vision. After standing up for a couple of minutes the black spots disappeared. He then heard voices yelling at everyone telling them to go up against the wall, then firing a gun towards the ceiling as a warning shot.
Everyone did as they said, even Peter whose head still hurt as hell.

"why the f*ck are you doing this!?"
A voice beside Peter said, he recognized it as Flash, idiot Flash. That was the stupidest thing to say to someone having a gun.
"what did you say to me?" the attacker asked
"I asked: Why are you doing this?"
"well, before I shoot you" Flash's face went pale, as if he has just seen a ghost "I will tell you why we're doing this. We want Spider-man to show up so we can kill him, and nothing will gain his attention more than shooting and threatening a bunch of innocent school student" the attacker said with a laugh.

Peter couldn't help but feel guilty, they were here because of him. He felt on his wrists, his webshooters were there, so he could defend himself and his class. The masked attackers, he recognized them as some of Vulture's men. "so thats how they made such a powerful explosion, and why it was purple, but why use a regular gun? Maybe so Spider-man let his guard down?"

The one who was propably the leader now, when Vulture wasn't in the game anymore slowly got his gun and pointed it towards Flash, even though Peter didn't like Flash he still felt like he needed to protect him, that's the point of being a superhero afterall. The gun was pointed towards Flash, the boy in question was frozen in shock, his eyes large and face pale.
"DON'T SHOOT HIM"

[From Flash' perspective]

"DON'T SHOOT HIM"
He heard a voice beside him yell, "who would want to protect me?" He thought before looking towards the source of the voice. Parker. The boy he had bullied since the first school day, why would HE of all people risk his life to protect his bully?.
"What did you say you little brat? You don't want me to shoot him?"
"Are you deaf or something since you apperently didn't hear me?"
Stupid Parker, who would say something like that to someone holding a gun in their hand.
"What are you doing?" Flash mumbled to the smaller boy.
"saving you I think..." Peter muttered under his breath. "what!-" The bully was cut off by a gunshot.
