Chapter 5

Another week has arrived. It is also a one-week semestral break of Audelia so the family decided to have a bond today at their farm at Bulacan. 

"Can you get the fruits Luis?" Irene asked

"Yeah, here mom" Luis

"Thanks son, did you see Aud?" Irene

"Nope, not yet where's that girl miss her terribly" Luis

"Maybe in her room pa, you'll get to see her rin naman later" Irene

"Good morning everyone" Audelia

"Okay speaking of, there na" Irene said and approach Audelia for a kiss.

"Good morning baby, looks like you have a good sleep aren't you?" Irene asked

"Yes mom. I miss being here" Audelia responded

"Hello kuya Lu! Oh I missed you! And the kids where are they?" Audelia said as he hug her brother tightly

"Upstairs pa preparing with their mom. I miss you as well little girl. How's school naman?" Luis asked

"Good naman as usual tiring but still enjoyable. Where's kuya Alfy?" Audelia

"Outdoor with your dad nagpapa-araw na sila Vitamin D raw" Irene said

"Ow yeah, good for him tara kuya Lu let's join him muna and let's catch up for a while. Gosh it's been a while since our last bond. I miss you both terribly" Audelia uttered

"Awh! And we miss you as well. Tara na. Mom we're just at the balcony" Luis

"Okay, enjoy babies!" Irene

"Hello daddy, kuya Alfy!! I missed you!" *tight hug*  Audelia

"Good morning baby!" *kissed and hug her daughter"* Greggy

"Good morning little girl. I missed you as well. How are you na ha?" *hug and kiss her sister* Alfonso

"Good kuya. As usual busy at school. But thanks to this one-week semestral break I could rest and regain some energy. And of course I get to bond with you guys." Audelia

"Good to know Aud. But please don't be too hard with yourself okay. Please take care of yourself ha. And always be good kay mom and dad." Alfonso

"Of course kuya. I am always bait kaya, right daddy?" Audelia

"Yes, she is Alf. Sobrang sipag pa. And also! She just received an award being top sa class nila." Greggy

"Oh! Congratulations Princess! We're so proud of you" Alfonso and Luis said in unison

"Breakfast is ready! Come na. Let's eat. " Irene said

"Coming! " the mag-aama said in unison.

They started eating and catching up since it's been a long time since their last bond. They are just enjoying the moment together.

After having their breakfast Audelia spent time playing with her baby niece, and nephews as she missed them terribly. Audelia loves babies so much.

"Seems you're having a great time baby" Irene said

"Of course mom, cause I get to bond with these babies and with you guys" Audelia responded

"I'm happy to see you happy baby. Rest then after hmm'kay, I'm just going to took a nap I woke up so early kanina eh" Irene

"Okay mom, you want me to accompany you?" Audelia

"No, no na anak, just be with them muna. Enjoy here ha. But if ever you felt sleepy just go to our room hmm'kay? *kisses her head* " Irene

"Okay mommy, you rest well" Audelia said and hug her mom.

Audelia continue to play with the babies and Xandra is with her they are catching up talking about girly things such as makeups.

"Congratulations Aud, you're so galing! We're always proud of you!" Xandra

"Thanks Achi, I am too blessed. I can't achieve that naman without your help guys, and all praises be to God. He really is the best." Audelia

"We always got you baby!" Xandra uttered and hug Audelia

It's already 2:30 in the afternoon, Audelia felt sleepy so she decided to take a nap beside her mom. As she entered the room she found her mom sleeping soundly.

"I love you mommy" Audelia whispered and kissed her mom's forehead.

Audelia fell asleep quickly as she felt tired as well from school. She's making bawi for those sleepless night.

Afterwards, Irene felt someone beside her. She open her eyes and see her precious daughter.

"Hay, my dear baby. You're growing up too fast. Can time stop and remained you at this age lang?" Irene said in her mind as she stare and caress her sleeping daughter.

Irene don't want to leave her daughter alone while she's sleeping so she just hugged her daughter and sleep again. She's taking this moment cause time is just flying so fast.

While on the other hand, Greggy is spending her time with his sons on their farm. They are visiting their plants, the trees, and their animals there.

"Hey Xandra, where's your mom and Aud?" Greggy asked and made beso with her

"Upstairs dad, in your room sleeping" Xandra said

"Okay, I'll check on them muna, then we'll eat na. It's almost seven na." Greggy

Hay my mag-ina, I am getting jealous na every time. Their bond is the best. Ang daya ha, palagi akong iwan.

"Hon, baby. Wake up na it's seven na. Baka hindi na kayo makatulog mamaya." Greggy

"Oh hi, Hon.*kissed Greggy. We overslept, our baby seems tired. Haba ng sleep. Baby wake up na daddy's here na oh." Irene

Audelia just open her arms asking for a hug while eyes were still closed. And so Greggy hug her tightly and showered her with kisses while Irene just watched her  mag-ama lovingly.

"Missed you today daddy." Audelia uttered with sleepy tone.

"And I miss you as well baby, ang daya niyo ha. Lagi na lang kayo ni Mommy nagbabond" Greggy said

"Sorry daddy, I'll make bawi na lang to you. Huwag na po magtampo." Audelia said and kissed her dad

The two sons Alfonso and Luis entered the room and witnessed the scenario so they just joined them.

"Hey sali kami, daddy, mommy" Luis said

Irene motioned her son's to come near and as soon as they're near she hug them both tenderly.

"I love you both my not so little baby boys!" Irene said as she hug them tightly.

"Okay, let's have a group hug" Greggy said and they hugged.

They definitely enjoyed their bond at their farm at Bulacan. They roam around the farm and do different activities for the kids. They took several photos to keep in their memories. And the next week that will come will be a back to reality so they are just enjoying the moment.

What a lovely family!

But will it last? Being like that?
