Prologue: Capture that Cat!

This was getting a little out of hand here.

 Aren't you a spunky little fellow? Aid the boy with glasses said, finally deciding to abide by his word, Riddle, would you be so kind...?

The red head nodded looking at Grim, “Furry miscreant. I will abide no rule-breaking. You will be judged by my hand.”

I felt a little guilty, feeling as this was all my fault I offered a hand “Please let me help” I said to them.

“Thank you”, said the boy with glasses, looking at me grinning at me with a fake smile.

We all ran quickly after the cat, while he was wildly blowing his flames everywhere “Check it! See how strong I am?!”

I guessed Grim’s idea of strong was blowing flames everywhere, wildly and uncontrolled.

“Haa!” Riddle shot a spell at the gray cat, missing.

The cat quickly dodged Riddle’s spell “Whoa, whoa, whoa!”

“How very brazen of you to go on breaking the rules in my presence.” Riddle taunted the cat.

“Shall we make this quick, then? I'm afraid we don't have much time to spare.” The boy with glasses hinted.

“Sorry” I apologized.

Quickly chains came from the floor, holding the cat steady to the floor, unable to move a mussel. 

“That was quiet quick” The boy pushed up his glasses staring curiously at the cat, the chains seemly coming from somewhere else, maybe not of this world. 

“OFF WITH YOUR HEAD!” Riddle cast his signature spell collaring the cat.

“Nyagah?! Do I really need to be restrained more!?” The cat struggled in both his captures containments. 

“For me to go to so much trouble for this silly cat who isn’t even my familiar… unbelievable.” I sighed. 

“Oh this isn’t your cat? Even if that's true, Law of the Queen of Hearts Rule 23 states: One shall never bring a cat to a festival. You being a cat breaks that rule. I shall have you leave at once.” Riddle narrowed his eyebrow at the cat

“I’m not a cat! Remove these chains and collar from me at once or I’ll burn you all! E-eh? I can’t use my magic?!” 

Hmph! You won’t be using any magic till I remove that collar. Just like an ordinary cat.” the red head smirked proudly.

Wh-What!? I’m not some pet!” Grim frowned. 

Don’t worry I’d never keep a pet like you. I’ll take it off anyway when you get thrown out.” Riddle grinned.

Hold up Riddle sir, I feel as if this was my fault so I’ll take responsibility for keeping this cat… thing? Besides, I’m sure I’m well capable of keeping this cat under control.” I glared at everyone in the room, disappointed that none of my seniors couldn’t keep this animal under control.

Riddle raised an eyebrow “Very well, If you insist” He removed the collar off the cat.

“Thank you Riddle” I nodded at him with a small smile softening my gaze.

“N-no problem.” Riddle's ears went pink, feeling a little embarrassed.

“Myah? Don’t leave me with him!” The cat protested, as I grabbed him by his scruff and placing him in my arms, petting him until he started to purr.

“Wow as wonderful as ever, your unique magic is incredible! And that first year’s magic seem quite intresting quite powerful, I must have it… I mean I’m glad I wasn’t that cat there!” Azul caught himself.

What ever could he mean that he wanted my magic? Is there some way he can take other people’s magic? If so he might be dangerous, best to stay away from him for now.

“Ahm” The headmage cleared his throat “ We had a bit of trouble along the way, but this lbring the entrance ceremony to a close. Dormitory heads please show the new students back to the dormitories…Hm? Now that I think of it I don’t see the leader for Diasomnia, Mr. Draconia, around at all…

Great now my the head of my dorm head  isn’t here how irresponible can these people get?

“Thats no different from usual, is it?” the boy with lion ears commented lasily.
