Prologue: I Apologize.

"Yeah, hello Silver how you've been?" I couldn't help but grin at him. Excitement was just bursting out of me and I felt like I was going to explode from happiness.

"Am I missing something?" Sebek said in his loud voice. That's something I'm not going to get used to.

"Ah- Sorry Sebek, this is me and my father's friend from a while back we used to hang out all the time though I haven't seen him for the past two years."

"I see, So you are also acquainted with Lilia-sama!" And he blabbed on about Lilias achievements, which I found fascinating since I've never heared about this before, it seems he is very well rounded in the fact of achievements.

"Sebek don't talk his ear off, I'm sure we're all tired and we should get some rest." He said in a attempt to break me free.

"I have to agree, but everything you have told me about Lilia is fascinating." I looked at him putting up the things on my bed to make it feel like home.

Silver laid down on his bed and passed out, while Sebek did the same.

I laid in my bed staring at the ceiling, occasionally checking my phone to see if anyone messaged me, unable to sleep.

I sighed "This is going to be an interesting school year." I sighed.

"I'm sure it is." I heard a voice whisper, I could instantly recognize it was Silver.

"Silver you're still awake!" I said loud enough so he would hear me.

"I was just worried about you" he said looking at me, his head was resting on his arms as he looked at me "I was just wondering why you didn't come see me for the past two years."

"W-well I mean you were here after all and my mother didn't want-" I said trying to think of something quickly.

"You mother didn't want you to see me?" We were both silent for a few minutes.

"Yes, she actually didn't know that I was going out until she caught me one day." I said biting my lip.

"It's ok, I understand" Silver looked at me as I turned my head in shame

"...I'm sorry Silver, I really really wanted to see you ." I apologize, biting my lip in frustration of my mother.

"It's ok, it's not your fault." I saw his gaze softened, the moonlight reflecting off his face. He yawned, "Please just get some rest, I'll try to wake you for classes tomorrow. Just don't worry about it that much."

I could help but feel like it was my fault. My chest tightened from guilt. I could've done something, I should have done something. I closed my eyes trying not to think about it while the purring Grim laid next to me. Listening to his purrs I slowly drifted off to sleep.
