Cory is a 9 year old boy in forth grade at South Park elementary. He has no siblings and just lives with his mom and dad. He is also has hearing loss.

Cory was thought as a perfect child till age of 6 when he started "maturing" he started to get into trouble. He was always gifted and privileged so when he got his hands on the computer. He scattered the internet getting into trouble. After years and years of him getting grounded than ungrounded he decided to try to take a break. whew when he started 4th grade he made friends.

A few months into 4th grade Cory realized he had a hard time talking to his friends and was usually quiet most of the time unless he was spoken directly too. He was always scared to make conversation and usually overthinked when it comes to talking to anyone. Well at least in person..

Although, when all his friends invite him to their houses or places with only them in it he's the loudest person there. He also really Cares about how people think of him, so when his not so close friends comments on something about him in a negative way he starts to overthink and doubt. Although, alot of people in the school know him, although don't talk to him. He really does like socializing but it's just hard for him sometimes.

Cory is a little zesty... actually no, he's really zesty and just doesn't know it. He has had crushes on boys and girls in school and just tried to ignore it which worked most times..
Cory once asked his parents about why he's like this. Lets just say that Cory's parents weren't the most supportive or understanding, and he came to school with dark eye bags. No scars or bruises just dark eye bags.

lets move on to more positive stuff about Cory :^

Cory is an crafty and artsy person. He also likes to play games like Mario Cart and super smash bros on the Nintendo entertainment system he has. He also plays the electric guitar and is pretty good. He likes to draw on old converses he has and dyes his hair every once in a while. He loves decorating his room with different types of room decor. Cory's taste in music varies. From Indie/Alt to Rap depending on how he feels.

His grades are pretty high for his age. His parents always nag him about education and to get a good job. It stresses him out. If Cory gets and B or B- OR EVEN AN A- his parents scold him and threaten to take his stuff away if he doesn't start shaping up.

Cory doesn't really like his parents. He plans to move out at 18 but if he isn't ready he might have to crash at a friend's house for the time being. Since his parents nag him about this stuff he has probably been influence and really wants to get a good job in the future and overthinks about this type of stuff.

Overall with things going on at home and how his parents are. His safe places are anywhere but home or around his parents. That's why he cherishes his friends so much.
