As I walked with Dew it was awkwardly silent, going through the streets together. We went a different way to the man, not risking an encounter and now we were back on a main Street.

"So umm, Dew..." I started unsure of what to say next. My phone was on 18% now with the time being 9:48pm. I still hadn't found a safe place to sleep and I was wary of the strange man I was currently walking with.

"Yes... Umm"

"Oh right my name is y/n, I'm new here actually."

"Figured that, you shouldn't be walking around at night, ok..."

"Yeah, that makes sense, I'm sorry I had to do that but I was kinda lost and... Scared" I said the last part quietly but he heard it.

"It's alright, I was just getting out of the house and going for a walk, my "family" can be very annoying, I was about to head back when you came to me," Dew told me, "I'm glad you came to me though and not someone else."

"I am too" I said feeling a smile come on my face and my cheeks get slightly warmer.

"Sooooo you mentioned not having a place to sleep right?"

"And here we are, sorry about making you walk even more" he said as we arrived at a dark gothic looking church.

I paused for a moment astonished at the sight that stood before me, "Wow, this is where your family lives?" I try to say not rudely. Honestly I was a little scared, as if I wasn't already.

As if realising my hesitation Dew grabbed my hand before going to the door and entering. "Hey fuckers! I'm homeeeee, and I'm with someoneeee" he added at the end as we heard footsteps approach.

"Sodo! What did we tell you about bringing someone home without notice!?!" A new voice yelled out, making me jump at the loudness.

"Sodo?" I say under my breath but he again manages to hear it.

"Just a nickname they gave me" he says quickly before running off down the chamber, leaving me by myself.

Not sure of what to do I sit down on the floor getting my phone and checking the basics.

Tired from all the walking today I take my shoes off putting them in my bag, letting my feet relax. I put my phone back in my purse aswell and lean my head against the wall, closing my eyes.

You weren't sure how long you stayed there on the floor, minutes, hours? But either way after some time someone remembered you were there and came to get you.

"Hey y/n? Sorry you wannaaa.... Oh" It was Dew, one of the other ghouls had asked about you and that's when he remembered he had left you in the hall. You seemed comfy so he gently picked you up not sure what to do next. He didn't want to wake you as you looked pretty exhausted from the day, having a good idea now of how it went.
