Welcome Ghesties, I am making a quick (turned long) chapter for Swiss. This is because for an upcoming chapter I feel like it is important that I give Swiss some backstory.

This is all just my own headcanon and original idea unless someone has done something similar and I don't know about it. But from what I know this is a completely original idea but please send me a message if it seems too similar to someone else.

And any direct headcanons to him will be explained at the end of the backstory!

If this is well liked I can do backstories on the other ghouls or ghoulettes, we will just have to see.

Basics:

As you would know if you read the other chapters, Swiss wasn't summoned, more showed up. He broke out of hell himself after having enough of his there, wanting freedom and to see Earth.

Swiss was born into a family of Fire ghouls. It is rare but not impossible for things like that to happen but with Multi ghouls being very rare they were surprised.

Fire ghoul family's are very common in hell with the high temperatures making perfect conditions for them. There are pretty much two type of fire family's, one that is carefree and let's their kits go crazy and the other that wants every one to be perfect, training to be soldiers or warriors.

Swiss came from the latter, undergoing extreme expectations. He did go to school for the first few years of his life but dropped out once his type was discovered. The parents thought that there was no need for a Multi ghoul to be learning about plants when he could be a great fighter so he got pulled out. Because of this his training was harder than any of his siblings. His parents expected alot of him, forcing him to continuously fight, get stronger and train without much break.

As a multi ghoul can hold two or more types powers, Swiss was made to use fire type powers as both sides, making an extremely strong type. With both sides being fire, this was unhealthy on his body because even with being able to control other types powers, extensive and continuous use will have effects on one's body.

So when Swiss was being forced to use both sides as fire, over time his body didn't adapt but change. By this I mean burns marking his skin to this day and being super sensitive to heat and fire. As anyone in a situation like this, Swiss has now almost PTSD to fire or being made to use fire powers.

Childhood:

From as young as a kit himself and his litter were training; his type coming around 6 ((I'm just going to use human years)). So from that young of age he went through fire training despite his body not being properly suited for it.

Fire types also tend to be rude and stick together. They normally have very closely knit circles of who they trust and like, everyone else is excluded or forced to find someone else. So a multi ghoul in a family of Fire did not go well for him.

His siblings more often then not trained in a different part of their home to Swiss, 1 for their lower fire and 2 as they weren't training as hard. The only time when they did train with him was when there was a competition coming up or on the day of said competition.
