it was only 10 am and he was passed out
i didn't even blame him
but i wonder how he felt with everything in his life
and he dealt with it all alone ..
i wonder how he felt once he lost the only person close to him
i know how it feels to loose someone that means the world to you
i wish he didn't have to go through that
because once upon a time
long ago
i lost someone dear to me ..

raiden shogun is the electro archon
and supreme ruler of the island nation of inazuma
the raiden shogun crossed paths with a weak xiao
xiao was desperate and was in need of help
he didn't know how to fight
he didn't know how to defend
he was unaware of his surroundings
he begged her to teach him some skills and she did so
they were partners in crime
she was the only one who understood him
she was the only one who taught him things
she was his mother figure
they trained until xiao was sore
they trained until xiao couldn't run anymore
they trained until xiao knew every move his opponent could make against him
they trained until xiao couldn't hold his weapon
they trained until they couldn't train anymore
and when they were done training raiden said
"you are ready xiao
i can't train you anymore you know everything
but i can fight you to build you and make your skills stronger"
xiao was happy
he felt powerful
he asked
"does this mean we stop hanging out"
raiden looked at him and smiled
"we can always hang out xiao"
so they fought each other
the rush of almost dying
striking to injure
calculating each move
they fought like they were playing chess
xiao was the ponn in raiden's game
but soon he advanced
he got stronger as their bond did too
they would always stop for tea
they would hang out as if they've known each other for centuries
they're bond was a strong as a boulder
as rare as gold or diamonds
as fierce as stormterror (dvalin)
it was only when they were fighting the ground started to shake
they paused their battle and looked around
they saw destruction
they heard screaming
"everyone run to mondstat now!!"
"can someone find my child!"
"take the wine and run!" "i'm scared!"
"everyone stay together!" "follow me!"
it was a loud hell hole
raiden and xiao were running hand and hand
they were scared but together
but not for long
xiao suddenly felt raiden's hand slip away
he looked back and saw the only person who understood him being dragged away
tears stung his amber eyes
but all he could do was keep on running without looking back
that day was the hardest day of his life
he had no one now
he couldn't tell his father about his problems
he had no one to comfort him
all he wanted to do was run
he made a promise to himself
"no matter how long it takes me
no matter where i have to go
i will go back for her and find her"
xiao began his life in misery
lonely again
he met people at mondstat but tried not to get attached
he started thinking
he was thinking really hard
"what did i do to be punished like this
i have no parents
i have no friends
all i have is myself and my thoughts"
xiao's eyes started to sting with tears again
his emotions turned the faucet to his eyes
he couldn't stop them from coming
he was about to end it all but then he thought of what she would say
he just didn't know what to do anymore
present time:
venti woke up and saw xiao shed a tear zoned out
"xiao are you okay"
he snapped back into reality
"yeah i'm fine venti"
i said wiping the tear from my pale cheek
venti looked at xiao concerned and sad
"are you sure? you know you can tell me anything"
"yes venti i know i'm really okay
i was just .. thinking"
