Y/N'S POV ::

I stood in front of the tall building with my heart beating louder in my chest. The voices from earlier were ringing in my brain like a hammer. My eyes dried out of tears and I have no idea why I'm even here. I stare at the big bold letters over the building.

Jeon empires.

I've been here before as well but I was never nervous to enter as much as I am today.

"Jinyoung is y/n's brother."

The voice comes back as I slightly shudder at that. "Ma'am, aren't you going in?" My bodyguard asks as I nod at him. Letting out a sigh I force myself to walk. As I took a step closer to the entrance I couldn't help but think about all the times I've seen Jinyoung around. He never for once made it look like I'm his sister. Am I really his sister?

"Oh my goodness! Look who's here!" Christa, the lady who sits at the reception table exclaims as she spots me. She run towards me while I blink my eyes and put on a forced smile. "Welcome! Mrs Jeon!" She greets as I offer her a nod. "Oh my goodness! I'm so glad to see you here. Please come in." I shak my head as she drags me towards the waiting room. "Mr Jeon isn't here at a time. You can sit here while I call him, ma'am." I again shook my head but she looks overly excited to see me here. "Would you like something to drink? A coffee?"

Christa kept rambling about random drinks as I decided to ask her for the person I came here for. "Jinyoung." She stopped talking while staring at me. "I would....like to meet Jinyoung..." I mumbled as she blinked while confusingly staring at me with a frown on her face. Whenver I made a visit to jeon empires, it has always been for my husband and no one but today wasn't about him. "Mr. Lee Jinyoung?" I hesitantly nodded at her. She let out a smile while nodding. "I'll call him here." Christa turned around to leave when I held her hand to stop her. "I... I will meet him in his cabin..." I said as she nodded.

"I'll lead the way!" I nodded before following her behind. We took the elevator to go to his cabin which is on the top floor right in front of Jungkook's cabin. The whole time in the elevator i couldn't help but hear the beating of my heart. I was picking up on the hem of my sleeves out of nervousness. I looked calm from out but insides were in panick. I kept nibbling on my lower as the elevator stopped and we took steps towards his cabin.

I rubbed the palm of my hands on my jeans as I stood outside his cabin while Christa knocked on his door. A small 'Come in' was all we got as a response and Christa opened the door. "You can leave, miss Christa. I want to talk with him only." I mumbled as the girl smiled before nodding. "I'll take my leave now." She bowed before leaving.

Jinyoung stood on his place as we both stared at each other.

Is this person really my brother?

We don't resemble each other tho.

"Mr Jeon isn't here, Mrs Jeon." He stated a while later as I came out of my trance and avert my gaze from him. "I'm not here for him..." I couldn't forget the fact that my husband has hide this huge thing from me. "Then.. what brings you here?" He questioned as I let out a smile while shaking my head.

How can someone be so good at pretending?

"I wanted to know..." I looked up at him before continuing. "...I wanted to know what am I to you?" I asked as he blinked his eyes. "Sorry?" I scoffed at that before nodding my head. "What am I to you, Jinyoung?" I questioned as he gulped down the lump forming in his throat. He loosened his tie while looking everywhere but me. Judging from his body language I can figure out that he knows what I'm asking. "M-my boss's w-wife.." he stammered as I hummed at his words. "Except that.." I muttered.
