"I'm just saying, it's time we think about expanding the company. I think we're doing well. Profits are good but they could be great. We have cutting edge technology that only a select few businesses are utilizing. And, we just acquired the USAA account. I still think we could be global, but that's a great account to have."

"Exactly." Jennie looked away from her computer rubbing at her tired eyes. She worked for Tech Data as a Cyber Security Architect. She was responsible for planning, designing, testing, implementing and maintaining organization's computer and network security infrastructures.

Their company was growing rapidly, but hadn't expanded outside of San Antonio. That was the goal eventually. The money was great and Jennie made her own hours. She really enjoyed what she did.

"What's on the agenda tonight?" Momo asked over the phone. She was one of the only friends Jennie had made since moving to San Antonio. Not to mention Momo was the top Software Engineer for their company. They bonded over their love of everything information technology and automated infrastructure management.

It was Saturday though. Normally Jennie stayed in with the dogs or worked on some projects.

"Same shit."

"Wanna go over to Mickey's?"

Jennie did love Mickey's, one the few lesbian bars in town that sold great drinks and wings. "I don't know. I need to get a head start on this packet sniffer."

"Oh I hate those."

"I don't mind. I like building them because it gives me an opportunity to practice my networking and programming skills. It's not that difficult. I just create it in Python with a socket module. Then after configuring the socket module to capture packets from the network, I get to write Python scripts to extract those captured packets."

"Only you would nerd out over a fucking packet sniffer. C'mon Jen, you need to get laid and it won't be while you're attached to your damn computer."

"It's what we get paid for Momo." Jennie loved her job. Momo did too, but she was a bit more laid back about it.

"And we'll still get paid regardless. We haven't been out in months, and anytime we talk its about work stuff. My cooter is about to shrivel up and die if it doesn't get any attention." Momo  whined.

"Oh the drama. You're cooter is just fine."

"Speak for yourself. I'll be surprised if your cooter still works since you don't use it."

"I don't have time."

"Don't give me that shit. We can get some margaritas and those fucking bomb ass wings and people watch. I just need to get out of the house and I need you with me. Say you'll come." Momo had turned the whining up a notch.

Sighing, Jennie stretched her sore muscles. She had been at it for hours by that point. "Uh, yeah I guess that sounds fun."

"Great, meet you there at nine?"

"Cool." Jennie found herself preoccupied with one of the firewalls they were working on.

"Jennie! Turn the fucking computer off and get dressed. If you aren't there by the time I get there I'm coming over and-"

"Ok, ok I'm off." She wasn't, but Momo would never know.

"Jennie!"

This time Jennie shut her laptop. "You are so annoying. I'm getting in the shower."
