The game had just ended with the Canucks beating the Ducks 2-1. I was waiting for Quinn by the exit, on my phone to pass time. Him and I were going out with Trevor and two of his teammates for dinner at a little Italian place downtown, just by the rink.
I watched at the team walked out of the locker room waiting for my boyfriend to come out, who was last to leave as usual. He came out of the locker room along side Miller who gave me a friendly wave when walking by.
"Hi Lex, you look beautiful" Quinn kissed my cheek.
He was right, I was wearing a tight dark blue dress that hugged my curves perfectly with some knee high boots and a long leather jacket on top. My hair was in a low ponytail with some strands pulled out in the front. Quinn grabbed my hand as we walked out of the rink to meet with Trevor and the others outside.
I was greeted by three boys outside the rink, getting big hug by one with messy dirty blonde hair. "It'a so nice to finally meet you Lexie" he told me. "I'm Trevor, and this is Jamie and Mason" he said pointing to the two boys beside him who were waving and smiling.
We started to walk towards the restaurant when Trevor stopped me.
"Hey Lexie, pose for a picture" he took out his phone.
I did as he said, looking over my shoulder and smiling. After he took the picture I asked him what it was for but he wouldn't tell me. We continued to walk to the restaurant, getting to know each other better on the way there. Trevor told me about his twin sister Liv, I could tell by the way he spoke about her that they were very close and that he really cared about her.
The Restaurant
We walked into the restaurant and went to go sit at our table that Trevor had reserved. A kind waitress came and took our orders, bringing us some waters to get started. Jamie and Quinn were getting to know each other while Mason and I were looking through the menu. Trevor was sitting on his phone, smiling while looking down at it. Before I got the chance to ask him what he was smiling at I got a notification on my phone, seeing Quinns phone light up as well.

I laughed at the conversation, explaining to Jamie and Mason what was going on. They couldn't stop laughing at Trevor who was so proud to brag to the others that he finally got to hang out with me. We ate our food while talking about the game and our plans for the upcoming summer. There were only 3 more weeks of the regular season, and since the Canucks weren't making it to the playoffs Quinn and I were making summer plans already. We had already decided we were going to be taking it easy for the first few weeks until playoffs were over, staying home to Vancouver. A couple hours later after some good pizza and pasta we said goodbye to Jamie, Trevor and Mason, and waked back to the rink to pick up Quinns car before going back home to my apartment.
Logan and Lexies apartment
When we came back to my apartment we immediately went and got changed into comfier clothes. Quinn had his own drawer with some clothes at my place, making it easy for him to come over whenever and feel at home. We were both now wearing some sweats and baggy t-shirts, going into the living room to hang out on the couch. Logan was out doing a work thing tonight so we got the apartment to ourselves, taking advantage of it and watching a movie in peace and quiet.
Around halfway through the movie Quinn paused it and turned to me. I looked towards him and gave him a look, wondering what he wanted.
"You know you don't have to convince me" he spoke quietly, rubbing his hand on my leg.
"What are you talking about" I said.
"The lake house, I want you to come" he smiled.
"Really?".
"Of course, I can't stand being around those idiots all alone" he laughed, making me smile. He played the movie again but I paused it and pulled out my phone.
