Chapter 17. Flat Chest

So I am changing the dates a little bit sorry. This will be the 2022 Drag Queen Christmas tour, but the dates of the 2021 tour. It's confusing. I know I'm sorry. So this story is now set in 2022. This also means I will be adding Jasmine and Kerri to the tour.

Kade's POV

I woke up to realize that I had fallen asleep on Ivy's shoulder. He didn't seem fazed. "Good morning sleepy head." I laughed. "Are you doing okay?" They asked a little concerned. "Yeah. I feel better. Not as anxious." He nods "Switch me seats? I want to talk with Danny when he wakes up." I ask hopefully. "Yeah, of course." He complies and we switch our seats. We still have two hours left in the flight so I don't expect him to wake up any time soon.

I gently lay my head on his shoulder trying not to wake him up, and close my eyes softly. Time to go back to sleep.

Ivy's POV

I am looking at the cutest thing right now. My father and my brother sound asleep laying on each other. Anyways, I got bored so I decided to see if I could find Monét... I also had to pee.

As I am walking to the bathroom I spot the bald man I am looking for. And right next to him is an empty seat. I make note of this and continue to the bathroom.

I finish up in the bathroom... which I hate. The toilet flushes too loudly. Anyways when I am walking back I stop my Monét. I sit down next to him and say hi. "Oh my god. You scared me." He laughed. "Sorry. I got bored, and Kade and Danny are both asleep." I said blatantly. "Well you are welcome to stay here kiddo. We can play games on the TV's" I squealed excitedly. I clicked on the TV in front of me and pressed on the games. "Let's play tic tac toe." I say. Monét nods and copies me. I challenge him to the game and he loses almost every time.

After almost an hour of playing games, with Monét sucking at all of them, I get a text from Danny.

Danny: Where did you go???
Me: I found Monét and we were playing games on the TV's
Me: I'll be back in a second
Danny: Okay

"I have to go back to my seat but this was so fun." I say to the man sitting next to me. "Anytime kid." I give a hug before I leave and then I get up to leave.

I walk back to my seat and see Kade still sound asleep with Danny on his phone. I sit down quietly trying not to wake my sleeping brother. My attempt doesn't work though because he grunts and opens his eyes slowly. "Good morning sleepy head." Danny spoke gently. "Mmhmm." He breathed heavily, and groggy. "We are landing in about thirty minutes." I say to him and he nods. He turns to Danny on his left, "Can we talk?" He asks, a little scared. Danny nods and he starts.

Kade's POV

This is now or never. I need to tell him why I have been acting like this. It seems so childish though. I look up at his chocolate brown eyes and sigh. "The reason I have been off is because... the last time we were on a plane we were going away from Michigan, and now we are on a plane back. It feels like you are giving us back without saying anything." I tell him half of what is on my mind. "Baby, I would never give you back. Neither of you." He looks at Ivy and I, full of love. "You still look like you have something on your mind. What's up?" The only way that we can make any progress is if I open up more. "This morning when I got up... I felt dirty, like from... you know. And I wanted to shower but I didn't have time and it just has been on my mind and I hate that it is bothering me this much." I confess more. "I am so happy that you told me, and opened up more. We will work through this. I promise." He hugs  me tight but not to hurt me. I ease into the hug and smile. "Hey, I feel left out." Ivy said with a joking hurt and joined in on the hug. I laugh and say, "I love you guys."

We arrive at the Detroit airport, which sucks by the way. But we got our luggage and headed in an uber to the venue which were the buses as well.
We get to the Music Hall Center and walk in. This place is gorgeous. Stunning velvet red seats and a gorgeous stage. I can't wait to see this place full tomorrow. It is currently 1:00pm (13:00) so we have a lot of the day to kill. "Can we go to the bus?" I ask Danny and Ivy. "Yeah, let's go find what bus we are assigned to." Ivy agrees. "Okay," Danny complies.

We get to the back parking lot where all of the buses are and make our way to ours. I walk into our new "Home" for the time being and it's kinda nice. It has a couch with a table, and farther back in the bus are the bunk beds, six to be exact. As soon as I was about to choose my bunk Danny spoke, "I have one rule about the bunks, you guys can't have the bottom ones. Let the old girls like myself have them." I laughed a little bit and nodded. I look to my right and put my stuff on the top bunk. Ivy mirrored me by putting his stuff on the top bunk to my left. "The rest of the girls should be getting here soon, so just be prepared for chaos." Danny spoke, placing his stuff on the lower bunk under Ivy. "Okay." I replied shortly. "I'm going to go find Monét." I said again walking out of our bus into the sea of buses.

Ivy's POV

Kade walks out of the door to find Monét while I stay in the bus. The place is quite nice. Six bunks in each bus, making 4 buses in total. It definitely needed some decor and things of that nature but it was nice. "Ivy? Can you come here please?" Danny asked excitedly. "Yeah sure." I walked over to Danny in the makeshift kitchen/living room and sat down next to him on the couch. "I have a surprise for you." His smile ranged from ear to ear and I was nervous. "Okay..." I dragged out the A, and he left me to go get said surprise. "Close your eyes!" He shouted from the bunk area. I did as I was told and sat there with my eyes closed. I heard his footsteps come back to me and stop right before me. "Okay, you can open now." I opened my eyes and was faced with Danny holding up a beige chest binder. My jaw dropped and tears started to fill my eyes. I have been wanting this for so long and low I have it. "Thank you. Thank you so much! You have idea how much this means to me!" I basically tackled him in a hug and he almost fell. "I am so glad you love it." I was basically crying on his shoulder at this point.

He let go of the hug and started to talk again. "I do have some rules for it though." He started, "You can't wear it more than eight hours, and you can only wear it five out of the seven days a week."

I nodded happily and went back to the bathroom to change into it. I slip the binder on my small frame and stop in the mirror to look at myself. It looks amazing. Tears filled my eyes once more as I looked at the boy in front of me.

I walk out of the bathroom with just my binder on and I go to my suitcase and pull out a muscle shirt. The sides expose my binder but that is okay, I don't care.

"How do I look?" I ask Danny while walking into the kitchen area. "You look handsome." The amount of gender euphoria that just filled my soul is indescribable. "I feel buff." I joked and Danny laughed. "I'm going to text Mik a picture." I said leaving the room. This is going to be a great tour.
