Devour(by absorbing humans or humanoid monsters he can absorb their biomass and gain their memories as well as the ability to shape shift into them and in the case of monsters he can gain some of their abilities)
Shape shifting (as long as he has biomass)
Super regeneration(Pretty self explanatory)
Blood Frenzy (Once a ghoul tastes fresh blood they gain a temporary boost in strength, speed, aggression and feel less pain)
Weakness:
Fire
Being submerged in water(Biomass makes him heavy so he can't swim, and then he'll drown)
Hunger(Ghouls need human flesh to sustain themselves. For Joe, an average adult female, either all at once or over multiple meals will sate his hunger for up to a month with minimal to no ability usage
