The next day rolled around and you found yourself wrapped up in Donna's arms. You nuzzled into her cheek earning a small giggle from the woman.

"Good morning." She said, voice raspy and deep.

You loved to hear her voice when she wakes up. Donna may be soft spoken but to hear her possessive, tired and deeply scary voice, was always something you just loved to hear. Not matter the time or day.

You smiled into Donna's cheek, slowly rubbing your nose into her. You felt Donna's hand reach up a grab ahold of you face, gently pulling you into a long, sweet kiss. It always amazed you with how soft Donna's lips were.

You heard Angie groan and then her foot hit your head. This broke the kiss and caused you to turn your head to Angie who was upside-down at your side. You let out a playful huff and in turn, you flicked Angie in the head.

Donna bursted out laughing when Angie jumped and rolled down the bed. The snorts that came out of Donna made you smile.

"What was that for!?" Angie shouted.

"You kicked me in the head. I was just returning the favor."

Angie glared at you, but she then smiled and started laughing. This turned into a small playful fight between you and Angie. While recovering from her laughing fit, Donna watched as you and Angie played. There was a part of Donna that died to her, from all those years ago and here you are. You were brought into her life, you gave the side she thought long dead life.

For once, Donna felt... complete.

Donna found herself wondering to how she could help you, like you've done for her. She wants to find who killed your mother, who brought the same dreadful pain she has experienced. Donna knew that you still weren't over it and probably never will be. She knows that there is a part of you that wants to tear that person into pieces.

You are just good at hiding it. But being connected to Donna, you can't hide anything from her. Donna was snapped out of her thoughts when the phone started ringing. You and Angie stopped you playful fighting and looked over at Donna.

"I'll get it. Please, get dressed."

You nodded and pulled Angie off of you. Donna left to go get the phone and Angie was zooming around and helping you pick out what to wear. Angie helped button up your white shirt and then help adjust your green skirt. You slipped you shoes on and grabbed you satchel before heading upstairs with Angie in your arms.

"I wonder who is calling this early in the morning." Angie spoke. "Could be Lady Dimitrescu, Mother Miranda... anyone really."

"We will just have to wait."

"I know, but I'm just too damn curious."

Oh, you knew that. Angie had to know every little detail about something. Speaking of details, you were now coming to the realization that you haven't told Donna about your father. You were thinking about doing it tonight, you feel comfortable enough to want to speak about it.

After all, Donna trusts you. It was time to show her the same. As you entered the main area of the house, Donna had just got off the phone. She turned to you with a frown on her face.

"What's wrong Donna?" Angie asked.

"One of Lady Dimitrescu's maids, Alexis, was attacked last night. She was at deaths doorstep, but she is recovering. Mother Miranda has requested that we met up at the castle."

You tilted you head slightly. You wondered if Alexis was attacked because of you. The feeling of someone being after you made you uneasy. The thoughts of your father came to your mind, that day.

"Are you okay?"

Donna's voice snapped you out of your thoughts. You nodded your head with a smile. Donna went to get dressed quickly before heading out. The walk was silent but you couldn't help but feel uncomfortable. Something felt off and it was bothering you.

You were on high alert the entire walk to the castle. Even within the walls of the castle, you were on high alert. You took a seat next to Donna as everyone else showed up. Lady Dimitrescu looked distraught, like she has been crying almost. Mother Miranda wasn't at all pleased, most likely due to this targeted attack.

Lord Heisenberg and Lord Moreau finally showed up with a very serious look on their faces.

"Now that everyone is here, we are discussing the serious threat at hand. Someone is targeting us and unfortunately Alcina was the first one to be affected. It isn't going to stop with Alcina, it will spread to the rest of you and me." Miranda spoke.

"Do we have any idea who it could be? What we are looking out for?" Lord Heisenberg asked.

"Alcina?" Miranda asked.

Lady Dimitrescu shook her head. "Alexis doesn't remember seeing anyone, she was hit from behind and then everything was a blur."

"At this point, anyone who is suspicious, you keep and interrogate them. I don't care what it takes, this person needs to be dealt immediately."

The atmosphere in the room was very heavy, very serious. Miranda then started talking about holding off the festival that was supposed to happen for this coming week. There was a strange tug in your chest and it kinda hurt. You felt goosebumps go up your arms with the hairs on the back of your neck starting to stand.

You heart started to pick up, something was wrong. Danger was near. Your eyes started to dart around, trying to find the cause or anything leading up to the build up that you felt. Sensing a bullet, your eyes widened as you shot straight up, reaching for Mother Miranda. You grabbed her by the collar of her shirt and pulled her back onto you, knocking you both down to the floor and the bullet missing its target.

Everyone shot up and was on the defensive. Miranda groaned as she slowly leaned up off you, holding her head.

"The fuck did that come from?" Heisenberg cursed.

"Mother Miranda!? Are you alright?" Lady Dimitrescu asked.

Everyone's eyes were now on you two.

"I- I'm fine." Miranda breathed.

Miranda got onto her feet while Donna helped you up to yours. Miranda then turned to you.

"You saved me. Thank you."

She genuinely seemed surprised. You nodded before your eyes shifted to the open archway. Miranda followed your gaze and immediately knew what you were doing.

"An interesting ability to note that you have. The ability to sense danger." Miranda said. "It seems that you will have a role to play in this mess, and to which I must apologize for."

"Wait," Lord Heisenberg said. "When did Donna's pet get the Cadou?"

"Pet?" Angie hissed.

Lady Dimitrescu scoffed at her brothers blindness. "Donna has marked her maid, they are now together. Welcome to the party."

Lady Dimitrescu was very amused.

"Oh fuck off, but that still doesn't answer my damn question."

"She was attacked by a Samcă. Donna nor Alcina had time to actually get the Cadou, so, Donna gave Y/n her Cadou. Her powers are proving to be very useful, especially in this situation." Miranda said.

That's right, Miranda said you could make pollen and Donna can peer into people's minds. Your mind went straight to Alexis.

Perhaps you could do something about this, help her remember, or have Donna be able to see what happened. It was worth a shot.
