Waking up

Kara ears picking up the super hearing of the monitors instantly giving her a headache, she starts to move around to get away from everything, she felt something heavy on her chest and looks down and sees Lena. Her Lena. Sleeping peacefully on her chest wrapped in Kara's hoodie, Kara relaxes a bit she noticed she's in a DEO issued gown and she softly moves Lena's hair out of her face and smiles Lena stirs a bit and her eyes open, the green blue eyes sees her favorite blue eyes "Kara" as she sighs in relief Lena rushed to Kara's face and planted a few kisses before she could actually speak "Hey baby, I'm here I'm going to go get Alex okay?" Kara just smiles and keeps her hand on Lena's cheek wiping the tears and nods. Alex rushes in "Kara oh thank goodness.." Alex grabs Kara hand "Do you know where you are?" Kara nods but her throat hurts to speak "it's okay you don't have to speak, just relax, do you remember what happened to you?" Kara had a confusing look but half nodded "you somewhat remember okay, well you've been in a coma for a week and a half" Kara eyes widen and tried to move "no Kara don't, stay still please" Kara stubbornly rip the cords off and slowly gets up "Kara hey.." Lena comes in and reaches out to Kara before she almost lost her balance "Kara look at me you need to calm down and try to stay still you're still healing a bit" Kara caved into Lena's request Kara voice raspy "You know I'm Supergirl?" Lena looked down and nodded "We didn't know if you were going to make it, so Alex helped me put the two together" Kara looked at Alex and Lena "I'm.." as Kara clears her throat "Kara you don't have to speak it's okay" Kara annoyed "let me" Lena and Alex go silent "Finish" Kara struggling a bit "I'm.. sorry.. for" Kara gasp for air a bit "for scaring you all" Lena wiped Kara's tear off of face "Baby it's okay we weren't expecting Reign to come back" Kara nodded in agreement

Hank goes in and gives Kara an exam to make sure she remembers everything. "Alright her voice is still raspy but water and hot tea will do" Lena nodded "when can I take her home?" Hank looked at Lena "we don't know if Reign will come after you, if you now know about Kara is Supergirl" Lena agreed "okay destroy Reign and I can bring her home?" Hank nodded "Yes pretty much I don't know how long it'll take for Kara but she still needs to rest"

Kara is reading her medical chart as Alex walks in with hot tea and potstickers "Hey, here's some food and warm tea for your throat" Kara voice is still raspy "Why.. who.. how did I survive, with these injuries I wasn't suppose to make it" Alex looked at Kara "it was Mon-El and Lena's idea, we used Herun-El" Kara stopped her eating "You used.. oh.. well then why is my voice all messed up and my head is pounding?" Alex sat next to Kara "Honey you hit the ground with full force and caused a mini earthquake, and on top of that, your ribs were sticking out crushed and your lungs were punctured so we had to put a tube down your throat to keep you breathing" Kara stood up "Wait.. it was that bad?" Alex looked down with almost tears "Yes Kara it was really bad like we literally lost you five times in here before Lena arrived" Kara paced the room "I'm going to fucking kill.." Kara suddenly feels sick "Hey let's just sit down for a minute you need to rest still" Kara grabs onto Alex and goes sit back in her bed "Sorry, I just.." Alex rubs Kara's back "You're okay a lot to take in" Kara looked at Alex "was Lena mad when she found out?" Alex laughed a bit "she knew Kara before I even said anything" Kara shook her head in surprise "really?" Alex smiled "you have a good one on your hands Kara but yes she knew"

Sam drinks the fountain of Lilith to get rid of Reign for good. Mon-El arrives at the DEO with the news, Hank thanked Mon-El for the help "Do you want to see Kara?" Mon-El shook his head "No I should head back to the future Irma and I are getting married" Hank smiled and hugged Mon-El. Hank walked into Kara's room "Reign has been defeated thanks to Sam and Mon-El" Kara and Alex look at Hank "Thats amazing" Kara just sighs with relief "Now..can.. I go home?" Hank nodded "Lena is at L-Corp she had to take care of a few things at the office" Kara nodded and gets ready to pack her clothes Lena brought Alex gets up real quick "Oh Kara your suit is ready" Kara looked confused "it was torn up by the fight it was literally falling off of you when you arrived here" Alex and Kara head to the uniform room Alex unzips the bag and Kara jaw dropped "oh my god it's.. it's amazing Alex!" Alex smiled "it's literally the old one just a little bit more sturdy during fights" Kara hugging Alex "thank you I cannot wait to test it out"
