Supergirl flew into her old apartment that she gave back to Alex. Alex was making pasta for dinner "Shit.. Kara you.. hey are you okay?" as tears are streaming down Kara's face "Lena is so upset with what happened.. I'm not sure what to do so I came here" Alex went to go give Kara a hug "Hey you're more than welcome to stay, what's going on?" as Alex gets dinner ready for the both of them Kara is babbling a mile a minute of what's going on "Kara.. sweetie, Lena is just upset give her her time and space.. I mean no one knew what Lex's plan was until it was too late" Kara didn't eat or sleep at that night as she laid next to Alex

Lena stayed up half of the night, not really sure what to do for herself now that she told Supergirl off deep down she didn't mean too but in that moment a lot of going through her mind.

Lena rolled over half expecting Kara to be there to snuggle but it was an empty cold space just like Lena deserved after how she treated Kara. Lena gets ready for the day with a hot shower and dressed for work.
Lena walked into her office and gets the day started with all these meetings, Alex walks in, "Hey Lena.. I just wanted to see how you're doing?" Lena looked at Alex "oh carrying supergirls child.. it's fun.. by my brothers bullshit experiment" Alex took a step further "Lena for fuck sakes Kara didn't know this shit was going to happen, so stop putting her down, your brother out of everyone is the one who did this, not Kara. Kara would've asked you first" Lena was taken back by Alex demeanor "I.. I think you should go Alex.." Alex didn't budge her movement "You're about to be a mother and so is Kara and the last thing that child needs is the parents not being around" Alex walked out of the room. Lena still taken back by Alex's words.

Supergirl does some rescuing for the day and some CatCo for the night.
Winn comes over to Kara "Kara I brought you some hot chocolate, it's a pretty cold night" Kara smiles "awe thank you Winn that's so thoughtful" Winn stood there "Look Lena will come around we have to give her time" Kara not sure if it'll come true "Idk Lex did a number on us.. idk if it'll be the same as before" Winn goes over to give Kara a side hug "when my wife got first pregnant she wasn't upset but was concerned about everything" Kara sat back and laid her head on Winns shoulder "You might be right"

Supergirl landed on Lena's apartment balcony "Lena?" as Kara walked into the apartment "Hey" as Lena walked up to Kara and gave her Hero a hug "can we talk?" as Kara nodded in agreement. They both sat down and came to agreement what they thought Lex plan is going to be, the child will be protected by the DEO and Supergirl alone.

"I do not trust Lex at all, I believe he did this to take control of our situation" Lena agreed "Yes he has been spying on us since day one when we got together" Kara grabbed onto Lena's hand "I promise
I will keep you and the child safe always" Lena leaned into a kiss "I know"

Weeks go by as Lena gets sicker and bigger. Kara kept up with the teas cravings of foods and the nights and morning Lena wasn't feeling good.
Next minute Kara knew it was months went by.

"Kara.." as Lena grabbed onto Kara's hand "Yeah?" Lena had another bad dream "We have to keep Lex away I'm so scared he's going to come after us for our girl" Kara smiled "Baby I won't let it happen and neither will the DEO" as Kara laid there thinking "Hey Lena I was thinking, what about Argo City?" Lena looked confused "Argo City where your parents are?" Kara nodded "She would be safer there and Lex wouldn't get to her" Lena pounder "let's talk to Alex about it first since she's the godmother" Kara agreed and finally went to sleep

Alex and Kara talk during lunch "I was thinking of taking her to Argo" Alex stopped chewing "like the Argo City?" Kara laughs "Yes, she'll be protected more there and my mother can watch her for us" we can claim the pregnancy was a fluke and Lex mission failed" Alex disagree "No keep the birthing quiet and send her to Argo, Lex doesn't need to know period" Kara agreed on their approach

Kara and Lena get ready for their trip to Argo City through the teleport device "You ready?" As Lena is visibly shaken in Kara's hand "yeah.. no.." Kara laughed "it'll be okay you're just going to meet my folks a little sooner than we planned on it" Lena looked Kara with the look of fear. Alex went to go hug Lena and Kara "okay, we will see you in three months okay?" Kara smiled and Lena cried. Hank promised to be Supergirl during the maternity leave and Alex will take care of CatCo and the apartment.

"Off we go.." as Lena and Kara walk through the portal.
