The Royal Alpha

~Eleven~

Taehyung and Namjoon were just arriving at Jin's mothers house and Tae was about to jump out to run towards their door. But Namjoon quickly grabbed him by his shoulder before he could.

Tae turned to glare at him, "What the hell? Let me go!"

"You can't just go running in there like a madman. Don't forget that you dumped her beloved son. You don't expect her to be very welcoming do you?"

"I was drugged! And under a witch's spell. I wasn't in my right mind. Surely she can understand that."

"You think so? Her son ripped out your mating bond right in front of everybody. Imagine how painful that must've been. You think that she enjoyed seeing her son in pain?"

"Well what do you suggest? Cause we're wasting time. Every moment we spend here debating is more time away from my mate."

Namjoon sighs and wonders about his brothers intelligence sometimes.

"We will still talk to her, just in a calm manner. Not rushing her after so long. She doesn't know what happened to you."

"Ok."

They then approach the front door cautiously, not sure if Jin could be around or Jungkook would be ready to fight.

"He's not here." Tae says sadly. He presses his hand to his chest and adds, "I can't feel him. Nor smell him. His scent is faded, so it's most likely months old."

Namjoon figured as much, but still knocked on the door.

A few seconds later it opens and Jin's mother is standing there wiping her hands on a dish towel. She immediately makes a distasteful face and asks, "What can I do to help you, your highness? Your Majesty?"

Namjoon speaks before Taehyung could and he bows, "Good day Ms. Kim. Could we perhaps come inside for a minute or two?"

She steps aside and says lowly as they pass, "Like I have a choice."

She leads them to a sitting room and they sit down. She sits across from them and watches as Tae sniffs the air curiously. She frowns and turns to look at Namjoon to speak first.

"We are very sorry to bother you. Especially after what happened between my brother and your son. But to catch you up to speed on matters. I need to explain that what happened was not by my brothers own choice. He was drugged and put under a spell. It was powerful enough to fool our royal doctor, for he wasn't able to find a trace of it.

But we finally got him out from their control and he is back in his right mind now. And he is lost... Lost without his mate. And that's why we're here now."

Jin's mother looked at them with narrowed eyes and sat back comfortably. Trying not to look intimidated by the two very large Alphas.

"Forgive me for my ignorance, but what is it that you want from me exactly? I hope you don't expect me to tell you where you can find my beloved son."
