18 Months Later
"Peter!!!!!!!" You yelled, fear in your voice.
"What?!" Peter said, rushing into the room. It was nearly dusk and he was in his Spider-Man suit, without his mask on yet, getting ready to go out on patrol. "What's the matter?" he asked, looking around at the small room. You had been on the ground folding clothes but now you were racing around the small room, eyes looking frantic.
"I can't find Levi!!" you said, tears in your eyes as you continued to look under the crib, behind the rocker, anywhere you could think of. "He was right here just a second ago, I left to put our clothes in our room and when I came back, he was gone!"
Peter chuckled, knowing exactly where your ten-month-old son was. He had begun walking recently, just taking a few steps at a time. Peter walked to the middle of the room and took you in his arms, kissing the top of your head. "Darling, I think things are going to get a lot crazier around here," he said and pointed at the ceiling. You looked up and as if on cue, drool dripped onto your forehead. Your son was on his hands and knees on the ceiling, a goofy grin plastered on his face, just like his father.
"Peter...." You said, "our son is on the ceiling..." you looked at your husband in disbelief as he laughed, still holding you in his arms.
"Who knew we were getting a Spider-Baby?" he said before planting a kiss on your lips. Levi dropped from the ceiling into his father's arms and Peter passed him to you. "Hang in there, love. He's clever." You took Levi in your arms and walked into the living room. You had upgraded to a two-bedroom townhouse just down the road from Dr. Stafford's house. You looked out the window and sighed a contented sigh, smiling to yourself. "What are you thinking, Y/N?" Peter asked.
"Just that I never knew I could be this happy. I love you more than anything, Peter Parker. Thank you for saving me all those years ago. Thank you for building this life with me." Peter came over and kissed you deeply, wrapping his arms around you. You stood there together for a few moments until Levi's babbling broke into your thoughts.
"Duty calls, I love you both!" Peter said, pulling his mask on and opening the window. With that, he shot a web at a nearby building and swung off into the city, ready to stand up for the little guy. You watched the empty window for just a moment, amazed that he was yours.
"We love you too, Peter," you said to the empty window, "when you're done with patrol, return to me, my love." With that you turned your attention back to your son, ready to tackle this new challenge, awaiting the moment when Peter would once again return to your side.
