The moon waxes and wanes flawlessly and perfect. It moves across the sky, pulled by its own fate. It pushes the tides and hides during the day. But once it finishes with its nightly ritual it slowly dips down into the Earth as silent as a shadow. In the dark it waits hiding many secrets away, but when the time comes it shines as bright as day. Its craters show that it has a heart and can feel pain. It's a shame all of that beauty has to go 'way.
