~ Austin, Texas ~

--

It's been almost a month since our show in Tampa and we were all feeling mixed emotions as our North American tour was coming to a close. We were currently in Austin, Texas, and after we would go to Vegas, then two final shows in Los Angeles.

Elizabeth has been keeping her distance and staying with Robbie and his bandmates. He seems... better? More attentive I guess? I don't know but it's very confusing to me so I know it has to be emotional whiplash for Elizabeth. However, she seems to have been sucked right back into his charm, even though she literally kissed me outside in Chicago while it was pouring rain, then again outside of her hotel room. Not to mention she asked me to spend the night with her for Christ's sake.

My head is a mess, but there is literally nothing I can do about it.

She's going to make her decision, and right now, it really seems a hell of a lot like she's going to marry his undeserving ass.

We arrived in Austin a few hours ahead of schedule, so we went straight inside and started setting up our different dressing rooms and tried to help the crew with the stage but they were adamant that we didn't touch anything.

"Do they think we're going to break something?" Breaker asked with a hint of offense in his voice.

"Your name is literally Breaker." I shot back, trying to hide the amused smirk on my face as he rolled his eyes and slapped my shoulder.

"Whatever."

"You chose your own nickname which is hella weird by the way." I kept teasing. I always picked fun at him for that.

"Anyways," He said loudly, changing the subject and clapping his hands together, pulling a loud laugh out of my body. "I saw a ping-pong table in the common area! Wanna play?"

"Oh, absolutely."

We ran to the large area that most of the dressing rooms were attached to with an entrance to a nice shower room off to the side. The water was running, so we assumed it was someone from one of the bands washing off the full night's travel. That wasn't uncommon as we all pretty much took showers whenever we could.

We played two games of intense ping-pong when the water shut off in the shower room and the area was much quieter. Only hearing Breaker and I's light arguing about rules and teasing each other when we scored.

"We're tied." Breaker said. "We have to have a tie-breaker. There has to be a loser."

"I completely agree." I said, twirling the red paddle in my hand with a competitive grin. I had just absolutely wiped the floor with his ass so I was feeling pretty confident. "But, I hate to break it to you. The loser is gonna be you, and-" But, I didn't finish the sentence as the person who was taking a shower revealed themselves.

Elizabeth was standing in the doorway, eyes wide as they met with mine. She had a damp, white towel wrapped around the middle of her body, holding it together with her arm pressed across her half-exposed breasts. The fabric of the towel stopped a couple inches above her knees, and her hair was wet and sticking to her shoulders.

We just stood there and stared at each other. Her eyes staring at me while mine were having a hard time trying to be respectful and stay on hers. Suddenly, I was broken out of my daze when the paddle in my grasp fell out of my hand, and clanged loudly on the concrete floor.

"You're killing me, Elizabeth." I said, not daring to take my eyes off of her until she did first.

"Um, sorry." She mumbled, clearing her throat before continuing "Forgot my clothes."
