Rion

~ 2 Years Later ~

--

I woke up as the rays from the outside world were peeking in through the blinds on the window and hitting me right in the fucking eyes. I hated when that happened and it never failed to piss me completely off.

I let out a light groan as I rubbed my palms over the front of my face. I also hated the mornings. I don't know who in the hell could ever like them. In my honest opinion, if you like the mornings, it's because you're boring and don't have any kind of social nightlife.

Stretching my tired limbs out to the sides, I tried to go over my mental to-do list, but was brought back to a startling reality as I felt a warm body hit my left hand. Pulling back suddenly, I sat up and looked to the side to see the figure in question, but was even more confused than I was two minutes ago.

I have no idea who the fuck that is.

Great.

"Your reputation precedes you once again, Rion Elliot." I mumbled quietly under my breath as the last thing I wanted to do was to wake up the mystery woman sleeping next to me. That would be incredibly awkward for all parties involved. I took this time to look around the room and see if anything would ring a bell as to where I was, or who I kept company last night, but nothing looked familiar. I noticed I was in a hotel room, my phone was on the bedside table, thank God, and there was an ashtray with a couple of mostly-smoked joints inside, and...wait, my clothes?

Raising the thin white sheets to look at my body, I sighed again as I realized I was completely naked. I looked around the room, putting eyes on every piece of clothing I owned, and made an escape plan before getting up and moving around the room. I threw on my shirt, shorts, and shoes, not even bothering about my underwear before grabbing my phone and making a bee-line towards the door.

However, I stopped when I realized it would be awfully rude of me to leave without saying anything to no-name sleeping in the large, expansive hotel bed.

Quickly grabbing the notepad and pen they put in every room, I scribbled a quick note before leaving it on the main table in the room and slipping out of the door undetected, laughing to myself as I thought about what I wrote.

                       "Thanks.

                                 R.E."
