A/N: To all the crybabies out there complaining, nothing sexual happens between the reader/you and Kenny until you're 24 and 20.

"See you tomorrow?" You asked, as your boyfriend got on his bike to go home.

"I can barely wait." He smiled, before giving you a quick kiss on the lips.

"Let me know when you get home." You asked, as you watched him pedal away.

"I will, don't worry!" He stopped pedaling to shout out to you, before continuing on his way to back to South Park.

You took a long sigh, hoping he didn't die along the way.

Suddenly, you were startled when thunder echoed across the sky, indicating that another summer rain was about to start.

You smiled, seeing your cousin smiling at you from the window. He seemed a lot happier since he started his secret affair with Gary.

"Looks like I was mistaken." He commented. "Kenny really seems to like you."

"I know he does." You smiled. "As I really like him."

You approached your cousin and gave him a tender kiss on the cheek, before going upstairs. You took a shower, put on your pajamas, lay down on your bed and fell fast asleep.

Time skip...

Not quite understanding what was happening, you felt yourself being shaken violently by your shoulders. Still a little dazed from sleep, you woke up, getting a little scared when you saw that you couldn't recognize the person in front of you.

You also started to notice that you were feeling very hot for some reason. However, when the person called you by your name, you quickly recognized your Uncle Randy's voice.

Seeing that you were too sleepy to be agile, he took you in his arms, always taking care that you and he inhaled as little smoke as possible from the fire that was spreading very fast.

When you saw it, you were abruptly thrown from your bedroom window and landed on what felt like a soft mattress.

It was then that you finally noticed: Most of the farm was completely engulfed in flames, especially the plantation and the silo.

Your uncle had saved your life by preventing you from being consumed by the fire, but he couldn't prevent himself from suffering some burns.

Fortunately, they weren't serious.

After ensuring that everyone in the house had been rescued alive, the fire department took you all out of the farm, having to drag your uncle by force, who was inconsolable for what had happened to his weed farm.

Meanwhile, with his mother at work at his restaurant, his father gone, and his two siblings asleep, Kenny took advantage of the fact that there was no one around hogging the TV, to watch a little.

He had just finished watching a movie and went back to changing channels to look for something else interesting to watch.

When suddenly, he passed by the news channel and saw something that caught his attention.

Kenny quickly went back to the news channel, feeling a deep despair when he heard the reporter say that Tegridy Farms had been burned down.

He didn't think to stay to watch any longer and hope to say if any of the family members had survived the catastrophe, he left the house and got on his bike again. The only thing that crossed his mind was to go to the fire site to see with his own eyes that you were okay.

Meanwhile, shortly after you were rescued, you started coughing and feeling short of breath from the smoke you had inhaled while you were asleep.

Fortunately, the ambulances had already been called and some paramedics helped you with that, putting on a respirator to help you breathe better.

"Are you okay, cuz?" Shelly asked, looking worried that you needed something to help you breathe.

"I'll be, don't worry." You assured her between coughs.

"I'm glad." Stan smiled at you, resting his hand on the top of your head.

Not long after, everyone began to hear a voice calling your name in the distance. You immediately recognized that voice, but most people there were confused.

You smiled when you saw your boyfriend approaching you and holding back from hugging you tight, with tears in his eyes when he saw you were alive. He knew that if he lost you, he would never see you again and just the thought of that scared him more than anything.

You felt him take your hand in his and kiss it tenderly.

"Don't you ever scare me like that again, you hearme?" He said between low sobs.

"Okay, I'll try." You joked and laughed softly.

Kenny smiled and shook his head, even in situations like that, you couldn't lose your good mood.

Your uncle, aunt and cousins had no choice but to return to their old home in South Park. Your cousin would normally be overjoyed by that situation, but even she couldn't be happy when everyone was down after nearly losing their lives in a fire.

You bought some mattresses online that arrived in no time, so you all could at least spend the night on something more comfortable than a cold, hard floor.

"Well, I guess I'll be on my way, but text me if you need anything, okay?" Your boyfriend said, getting ready to say goodbye to you for the second time that night.

But you held his hand before he left. After everything you'd been through that night, you felt like you needed to have his company.

"Aunt Sharon, can Kenny sleep over tonight?" You asked her.

"I don't see why not, honey." She replied, not in her usual soft and sweet voice, now it was melancholic and sad.

She knew she wouldn't feel bad soon, the farm fire had more to do with having been a great blessing, as she was tired of her husband's obsession with pot.

But right now, she didn't feel that way.

You lay down on your mattress and closed your eyes, it would be very difficult to sleep that night. You suddenly smiled as you felt Kenny's smaller hand intertwine in yours, as if he was telling you with gestures but not words that he was there for you.
