Thank you Eliza!!!
Double Update Day!
"Woah", was the only sound Alexia could hear from the distance, as the blonde had hurried down the narrow path, following the old, rusted signs all the way down to the water.
The delight in her voice signaled her that Erin must be truly impressed.
"Did you find the- wow", Alexia marvels in an identic tone as she finally managed to navigate her way through some bushes, pushing a few branches aside to step onto the sand as well.
Taking her place beside Erin, the captain contemplates the magnificent landscape presented in front of her.
The long hike had truly paid off.
Crystal blue water, surrounded by white sand, steep rocky cliffs, plenty of fanning jungle-green palm trees, decorated the small, hidden bay. It was exactly as gorgeous as Niamh had described it the other night while enjoying one glass or another - or rather, the bottle.
"Niamh was so right", Erin was astonished, completely stunned by the view that presented itself in front of her, her eyes sparkling as her lips were still slightly pursed.
She was absolutely amazed.
England didn't offer anything this beautiful.
Without wasting another second, the blonde tosses her backpack aside with a big grin on her face, quickly kicking off her shoes as she wanted to finally be able to feel that warm sand beneath her feet.
Madrid didn't have an ocean to offer either, and therefore no sandy beach, something the blonde would've surely preferred when she had decided to move in with Misa in Spain in the first place.
"I guess your mood is better now?", Alexia teases tentatively, her hazel eyes fixed on Erin as she watches the blonde get rid of her socks, tossing them aside as well before tiptoeing towards the crystal blue water.
Casting Alexia a devastating glare, Erin can't suppress a smirk as she glances back over her shoulder, spotting the captain wearing a pair of sunglasses and a white cap on top of her head, her hands clutching the straps of her backpack.
Alexia was stunningly beautiful. As always.
"Are you making fun of me?", Erin growls, well aware that the brunette was simply referring to her pouty behavior throughout their walk, which had been mostly silent so far.
Not a bad way of silence, though.
A comfortable one.The moment the crystal clear, cold water made contact with the blonde's feet, Erin felt the glistening sensation, a wave of relaxation rushing throughout her entire body.
After all this time, the feeling of seawater between her toes felt amazing.
Overlooking the small, hidden bay, Erin was confident this was one of the most beautiful places she'd ever visited.
Not to mention the company she had...
"I'm not making fun of you... just... I'm just glad you're feeling a bit better, Bonita. I... can't shake the feeling that you were arguing because of me", Alexia shrugs her shoulders, dropping her backpack next to Erin's, removing her shoes as well before looking over towards a stunning blonde standing at the edge of the water.
As Erin turned around, her lips purse.
"Are you... you don't have to feel that way. I... guess I kinda deserve María being mad at me...", Erin sighs, offering Alexia a small smile as she watches the captain pull the tank top over her head, before pushing the shorts down her well-toned legs.
