Maria couldn't believe that things were going good. She picked her daughter up and carried her to the crib. Smiling, she laid her daughter down to see she has fell asleep. "Mommy loves you."

Hearing her phone ring, Maria walked over to it and grabbed it as she started knitting. "Hello, Mark." She says. "The chief asked me if he should hire you and Shane."

The middle Grey laid the blanket she was making down and walked to the window. "It's not been that interesting since you left besides Addison and Meredith becoming friends. Yeah, it's weird, but I hope you think really hard on this job offer. I would like to know you more than just phone calls."

At work, Maria sat watching an operation, but she heard Meredith, Cristina, and Izzy talking. Not saying a word, Izzy looked at her. "Maria?"

"Don't you three bring me into whatever is going on." She says. "I'm here to work, not gossip or complaining."

When they started talking about Cristina's double date, Maria stood up and walked out causing them to stare in shock. Maria walked straight to class till Addison grabbed her. "We have a patient." She says holding the folder out causing her to look at it.

Maria smiled as she read it, but her smile dropped into shock and she knew. "My sister is your paitent?"

"Sister?"

"From dad's second marriage and here is this crazy thing. I only talk to them. Give me a minute."

Addison nodded. "Would you want them to know that you will be their doctor?"

"Yes."

Maria didn't know how to feel about her sister being in the hospital, but she saw Callie talking to Meredith and Izzy causing her to turn around and walk away. Far away.

Thatcher saw Maria and walked over to her. "Hello, Maria."

She looked up from her file and looked to her right to see her father. "Dad? Did Dr. Sheppard tell you that I was going to be her doctor?"

"She did and we are very excited about that." Thatcher tells her. "Molly really wants to see you."

Maria smiled. "Let me go see if Molly's results are in."

Thatcher nodded as he watched her walk away. Maria went looking for George as he was also on this case. "George!" He looked at her. "The results?"

Addison looked at her. "I haven't ran them yet."

"George, Addison is our attendee, this means we do what she wants us to do. Set aside that she's my sister."

"You know her."

"I'm not Meredith." Was all she said. "Since you can't run the labs, I'm going to run them."

George stood there watching Maria Grey get what Addison is wanting. She's not letting this bother her. "What does she mean that she's not Meredith?"

"She doesn't have her opinions about things like she does."

Lunch came and Maria was sitting with a book in her hand when someone sat down. "Good afternoon, Maria." She looked up and smiled.

"Hi, Chief." She replies. "They wouldn't let you sit with them?"

"Awkward, but I know you wouldn't mind."

"Nope. So, I spoke to Mark and he is really thinking hard about this job offer."

Cristina, George, and Izzy watched them talk. "How is she more well liked than we are?"

Callie heard the question as she walked by. George watched her, but he knew why and Callie told him. "Because she doesn't fight, gossip, or let things get to her while at work."

Maria stood with Addison as she explained everything to Molly. Molly smiled as she held Maria's hand. "See, everything is going to be okay." Maria says as she saw Meredith. "Molly, I'm going to get you something to drink."

"Thank you, sissy."

Meredith grabbed her. "You knew and never told me."

"Because you never cared." Maria says. "Let me go."

"Is there someone else?"

"Lexie." Maria looked at Molly. "How is she?"

"Great and looking forward to working with her other favorite sister." Molly says.

Meredith couldn't believe what she was hearing. This whole entire time, Maria knew about Molly and Lexie, but she didn't. "Molly, can I ask how long Maria has been coming around?"

"Since her mom left dad. She wanted to try to bond at the age of 16." Molly groaned. "I forgot to ask about my niece."

Meredith didn't like that Maria kept this from her, but she was also jealous that she has to share Maria and Isabella.

Maria walked into Molly's room with water causing her to smile at Susan and hugged her. "It's good to see you. I saw..."

"She disowns him." Maria tells her. "The harder you try. The more Meredith will hold more resentment." She sighed. "I'm going to go find daddy."

"Maria, when can we see Isabella?" Molly asked.

"Soon and I can't wait to meet this little one. I have faith that this baby will be fine."

Susan smiled as she walked out to talk Meredith. Meredith saw her sister talking to Molly causing her to walk away. The only family she has is Maria and Isabella. Thatcher, Molly, and Lexie are nothing to her. Thatcher walked in to see Maria and smiled. "Maria." She looked at her dad. "Will you call your neighbor?"

"Mikey is bringing her." She tells them. "Can you give him his money for today?"

Susan nodded as she took the cash to give to Mickey. "Go get ready to help your sister and her baby."

"Yes."

Meredith watched her sister help Addison. "Hey." Derek says. "How's your day?"

"My dad is here and I found out I had a sister and Maria knew all along." She tells him as she looked at her sister and Addison. "I don't know how to feel about all this."

Maria went to check on her sister and saw her father holding Isabella. She smiled as she walked over to them. Isabella reached out for her mom and smiled as she took her in her arms. Molly reached her hand out for Maria.

Meredith watched them before walking away.
