1. When Adam Banks is playing in one of the games, he scores a goal and his teammates on the bench stand up and cheer when he scores. Problem is, Adam is on the bench too.

2. In the championship game Banks gets knocked out of the game, when he is checked into the goal post. If you look at the action after he's gone, you can still see Banks. You can't see his face but you can see his number.

3. When Bombay is out of the limo on the ice, he is reading his list of players. He says, ''Conway Charlie. Averman Dave.'' There was a Dave on the team but that was not Averman's first name.

4. In the end credits, Charlie Conway is written as Charlie Conroy

5. When Adam comes in and says ''When I woke up this morning, and the pain was gone'', Connie is mouthing his lines behind him.

6. Jesse and Averman walk off the platform twice at the conference that Iceland breaks up.

7. When the old ducks meet the new ducks when Jesse, Guy and Fulton crash the Zamboni you can see a fog machine set up in front of the Zamboni

8. After Guy gets hurt in the warriors/ducks game, the scoreboard is shown. It says that there is 15 seconds left in the third period, when it's really the second period.

9. During the hockey playoff montage the announcer makes several mistakes with regard to who has the puck and who scores. During the game against the Hornets the announcer says that Averman scored the final goal when it was actually Charlie who scored (if you pause you can see #96 shoot the puck). Then during the game against the Cardinals the announcer says that Averman passed the puck to Banks who passed it to Guy who then scores. When watching the play-by-play again, Guy is actually the one who passes to Averman who then passes it to Banks who scores off the glove tip-in.

10. During the sequence when we first see Fulton, he grabs the bullies and throws them down. As he's doing this, there is a fraction of a second where the picture goes black. The sound persists. It's fast, but very easy to see. This is on the Disney+ version of the film.
