"It sounded heated--" Ella looked worried. "What do you think?" She asked, feeling curious too.

"We don't want to prey on their matters but it's concerning, she looks really nice and perfect for him." Mrs Eddie only said out of concern.

"She's way better than that annoying and rude Diane." She sounded irritated as she made mention of the name.

"She is his true love, Mr Carter always said something like that about him having a lover way back at home until he woke up one day and brought that rude girl." She also sounded irritated, it was obvious they didn't like whoever they were talking about.

"I hope they fix things because I already admire her." Ella was all bubbly again.

They were knocks on the door, Ella left to check who it was while Mrs Eddie followed behind.

"Hey-Ric" She smiled brightly at him as she opened the door. "Why are you here?" She suddenly asked.

"What do you mean why?" He smiled back, taking off his shades.

"Mr Maddins had long gone, that's why." She responded.

"Yeah-he forgot an important file, came to get it." He said again.

"Where's Tom?" She tried to peep through the window. "Is he seriously waiting in the car?"

"Is he running from me?" Mrs Eddie asked, grinning. "Do I scare him that much?" She couldn't hold in that much.

"Nah-he's kinda upset. He got a piece of the boss's mind on his face." He hoped they understood what he was trying to say.

"Huhn? Why?" Ella asked, covering her mouth with her hand. "Mr Maddins hardly goes physical." She seemed shocked.

"Orders were violated and you know how much he hates that." He only said. "I should hurry up, you know he hates lateness too." He smiled all the way up the stairs.

"Oh-poor Tom." Mrs Eddie shook her head in pity. "He had no idea how grumpy he was today. " She added in pity.

Rissa had woken up a bit rejuvenated which was odd because she ended up not eating so much after eight hours of nothing to eat. She had slept in one of the empty rooms Ella had shown to her yesterday. She couldn't bear sharing the same bed with him with all she still had in her heart and then again she doubted her body around him on that bed.

Stepping out of the room with a night dress on, apparently there were some female night clothes available in Luke's room which was awkward, why did he have ladies wear. She didn't want to think about it too much, at least not now.
She walked down the stairs, holding on to the rail very carefully. She was hearing a masculine voice which she found very familiar but she couldn't place it but she knew she had heard that voice before as she got down. The housekeepers were by the exit door with a man dressed in a suit, of course how could she forget this face.

"Hey--have seen you before." She watched him closely. "Am I right?" She asked.

"Morning ma'am." He greeted with a smile. "Yes you are." He answered putting his shades on.

Of course, all she needed was for him to put on those shades. How could she forget those two who kidnapped her, they worked for Luke. He was the one who drove the car.

"Of course, my abductors." She gave him a known smile. "Where is the other guy? " The one who had held the gun at her.

"Waiting in the car."He was pleased that Rissa recognized them and didn't see it as a big deal anymore.  "I have to leave now, excuse me." He went away, shutting the door behind him.
