Aizawa could only watch in shock for the rest of the night as this 13-year-old quirkless kid jumped around the city taking out criminals and villains all the while smiling and sassing them.

It was enough to make him question the world they live in. Izuku, who he finally realized was the vigilante 'Loki', was more a hero than many of the ones Aizawa knew. Not only that, but Loki was legal. He never broke a single law.

He couldn't be charged with vigilantism since it is defined legally as 'illegal quirk usage to apprehend or take down criminals/villains' and he also couldn't have assault put on his record as he dropped into every fight as though he were greeting friends, always letting the other party throw the first punch.

That's not even mentioning the shock Aizawa felt when the kid took a break and talked to him about his gear. Loki had made everything himself, some of which were things that third years at UA would struggle to make without guidance. Yet here this kid was.

It was now almost 4 am when Loki, Midoriya, declared they would finally go home. Just when did this kid even sleep?

The answer was never apparently.

Aizawa waited as Midoriya changed out of his vigilante gear into shorts and t-shirt before he plopped down at his desk that he now noticed was a whole-ass workstation. The kid even turned on some music as he began to work on what looked to be a smoke bomb.

With a huff, he jumped up on the desk and glared at the kid who just met his gaze with a raised brow. "What? I need to replace the two that I used tonight."

Oh no, the hero was not taking that, Midoriya could do this after school tomorrow or any other time. He literally had what now? Two hours before he got up for school? Yeah no, Aizawa was getting this kid in bed.

He hissed and began to flick his tail, oh how Aizawa wishes he could speak right now. Midoriya glared at him while he jumped down and up onto the bed before hissing again. After a moment of glaring at each other, the kid broke the stare and sighed. "Fine, I'll try to sleep."

The kid didn't even bother changing his clothes as he just flopped onto the bed and closed his eyes. With a nod, Aizawa made his was to the top of the bed where an extra throw pillow sat and used his paws to knead it into a makeshift bed for the night.

Midoriya opened one eye to watch as he laid down on the pillow. After he got comfortable, Aizawa met his gaze and meowed as sternly as he could. With that, the kid rolled his eyes before closing them once again.

"What a strange cat."

The next morning was uneventful to say the least. Aizawa stayed on his pillow bed until Midoriya was dressed and left his room to make breakfast.

His mother still hadn't made a sound since she arrived home so Aizawa paused at her door. Midoriya shook his head and whispered that she wouldn't be up until noon most likely.

Embarrassingly, Aizawa's stomach grumbled loudly and his ears flushed, even if it's unnoticeable. The kid chucked at him while he sent Midoriya a glare. He probably should have eaten earlier, but he was a bit too preoccupied with the whole turning into a cat thing.

"Sorry, I don't have any cat food, but I suppose something else would be fine..."

A moment later, Aizawa was sitting on the table with a small bowl of tuna in front of him. It would be enough he decided as he quickly ate it all. But there was something else the kid was making that he absolutely needed.

Coffee.

The kid was making himself coffee and Aizawa would be damned if he didn't get any.

Thanks to last night, Aizawa was now perfectly comfortable in his cat body, so he leapt over to the coffee maker where the half-empty pot sat.

The kid just watched him in confusion before Aizawa chirped and meowed at him. With a chuckle, Midoriya got up and poured the hero-cat a bowl of the heavenly liquid. Maybe Aizawa should be concerned at how this kid didn't even argue with giving a cat coffee, but it made his life easier so he wouldn't argue.

As he began to lap at the bitter liquid, Aizawa found himself purring. What the hell. He tried to stop himself but the coffee was too good and he eventually gave up. All the while, the problem child was sitting there holding back his laughter.

He finally broke when Aizawa lifted his head and a few drops of coffee dripped off his chin. In return he just rolled his eyes. He was happy as long as he had his coffee.
