VERY BIG WARNING: There is a bunch of triggering content in this chapter. It's mainly about Arlo's desires, and it is very triggering. They're crude and violent. Like, he's thinking of "breaking" John, and taking without consent. It may be vague, but he's literally getting hard while thinking of it and that's a BIG red flag, therefore be aware!!

Isen nearly fell off his chair when Remi barged into the lounge, panting heavily and on the verge of tears with desperation in her eyes. Her hair was unruly and messy, sticking to the thin coating of sweat on her face. She had checked every known spot for him since he wasn't picking up his phone. She frantically scanned the room of confused students and when her eyes finally locked onto Isen, it felt like medusa's gaze was set upon him. He jumped in his seat when she then darted towards him, making him squeal with confusion. "R-Remi?!" A fresh wave of hot tears were streaming down her face, and when she reached him, she nearly collapsed onto the chair with exhaustion but managed to keep herself upright with her hands gripping the arm rests. So tight, he could see the tendons in her hands.

Once she was up close, he could see how messed up she looked. Eyes wide, bloodshot and several streaks of dried up tears. "L-let me see it! Th-th-the e-evidence!" She blabbered, ruthlessly wiping away the stream of tears with her sleeve.

"What?" Isen stuttered in a shaky voice, reeling back into the chair as if he was desperately trying to get away from her. "What do you mean evidence?! Evidence of what? What are you even talking about??"

"Stop playing dumb!" She bawled, "Arlo told me! H-he said you found evidence that Rei is still al-alive! Let me see it!" Remi gripped his collar and nearly lifted him out of the chair as he struggled against her. She was insanely strong, all the while crying so uncontrollably. Isen felt pity punch him hard in the chest, no doubt he liked her, and it was excruciating to see her cry uncontrollably, all the while accusing him of owning something he had no idea about.

Isen panicked because—what the fuck was he supposed to do?? Was this some kind of plan for something? Even so, lying about Remi's dead brother was so incredibly crazy and heinous! Arlo didn't even tell him of this beforehand! How the hell is he supposed to find evidence of a dead person, and not to mention, how crazy this sounds?!

He steadied his shaking hands, holding them up as though he was surrendering while trying to fit some distance in between them. "Well, le-let's just say, we aren't really sure if it's true or not... and it might not be him—"

"Just let me see it!" Nearly everyone in the room was looking at them, and the people who weren't were definitely still keeping an ear out to listen. It wasn't everyday that you see the queen sobbing her eyes out and nearly losing all control. She nearly fell to her knees, begging him to just let her see it, and in a way, it made guilt choke him. "Arlo said he saw it! So why the hell aren't you letting me see!? Is it because it's too graphic?! He's my brother for fuck's sake!"

"Remi, j-just—just calm down..."

"What the hell is happening?" Blyke barked from the doorway, glaring at the commotion but then his eyes widened in confusion when he realized that it was his two best friends. He assumed that Isen was up to some shenanigan with his other friends or a fight had occurred, most certainly not Remi—who he also looked up to—looming over the same couch Isen was cowering into.

"Oh thank god! Blyke, you're here!" Isen sighed a breath of relief, reaching a hand over the couch to wave him over. "Save me! There's some uh—s-some misunderstandings!" He settled.

"What?!" Remi babbled, "What the fuck—what the fuck are you talking about...? How could you—you fucking said... y-you said—" She then broke into little sobs, getting choked up with every sentence. There was so much she wanted to say but in her frenzied state, she couldn't form a coherent sentence.
