{Hunter's POV}
So, currently, we're headed to Hexside. I'm riding on Flapjack, and Y/n is flying next to me on Blizz. I look at Y/n and softly smile.
Titans, they're beautiful...
Y/n turned their head towards me and winked as they sped up. I could feel my cheeks growing red as I just stared at them, flabbergasted.
"Y/n!" I yelled out as I sped up.
"Hey, I had to, amor!" They said, chuckling.
My heart started to beat rapidly when they called me 'amor'. Hey, I've started to learn my 'Spanish', or whatever that is.
"Pfft, sure estrella!" I snicker as I sped in front of them.
I suddenly felt a small thump on my staff. I felt arms wrapping around my waist as I kept on flying.
"Y-Y/n! Hey!" I said, my face turning a bit flustered.
I felt them place a small kiss on my ear. My breath started becoming shakier as my heart started beating rapidly. My eyes widened a bit as my ears turned red.
"Hmm? Yes, my love?" Y/n whispered in my ear.
I look down as I'm absolutely flabbergasted. I'm speechless, I don't know what to say.
"Y/n..... I-I-"
Y/n softly chuckled and rested their head on my shoulder, "I'm just messin' with you, Hunter."
As I lowered down to the entrance of Hexside, Y/n jumped and used their staff to swiftly land.
I was shocked, I almost lost my balance. But, luckily, Y/n caught me with their arms, along with Flapjack.
"Watch yourself, Hunter! You could've gotten hurt." They said, softly smiling. Their eyes washed over with concern, but a hint of love.
"Oh- yeah- right, right! Sorry..." I nervously chuckled and looked away, my heart pounding against my chest.
Y/n was amazing. They were smart, kind, caring, protective, strong.... they were... perfect. Just... majestic and perfect.
Y/n slowly pulled me off their chest and held my hand, smiling softly, "Let's go inside, shall we?"
I nodded and slightly smiled. Y/n put on their silver mask and held my hand. I really didn't like that Y/n was still the Silver Guard, but I didn't mind it that much anymore. I looked around Hexisde, it hasn't changed a lot.
"Y/n, Hunter, you're here!!" I heard Willow say. She ran up to us and smiled. She was as nice and cheerful as ever.
"Willow." Y/n said, nodding a bit.
"Hey, Willow!!" I said, smiling.
As I talked to Willow, Gus and Luz came running up to us. Gus tackled us to the ground, hugging us tightly, "HUNTER, Y/N!!!!"
Y/n grunted and reluctantly patted Gus's back, "Hey, Gus."
I laughed and smiled widely, "Excited, aren't ya?"
Gus laughed and helped both of us up, Luz had her arms crossed as she smirked, "Finally, the lovebirds have arrived!!"
I slightly blush, "Lovebirds?"
Y/n's gold eye shines from the inside of their mask. Y/n looks at me and let's out a small sigh.
"Oh, hey, what happened to your eye, Hunter?" Gus asked, pointing at my silver eye.
I blush and slightly chuckle, "O-Oh! That's nothing, don't worry about it."
Y/n squeezed my hand and looked directly into my eyes. Their gaze was soft, and I could feel my knees go weak.
"Alright then!" Gus shrugged.
After a while, we all gather to the gym. Everyone is muttering and whispering to each other. They're all confused and scared. In front of us is the illusion teacher that Gus told me about, a familiar hooded figure, and the principal.
"Students, please. Let me introduce the self esteemed-" Bump, the principal, started speaking.
"Please, I deserve no accolades, Principal Bump." The hooded figure said, before slowly removing the hood.
Oh titans!! It was the illusions head coven, Adrian!
"Hello everyone, my name is Adrian Graye, Head Witch of the Illusionist Coven." He said.
My eyes widened, this wasn't going to end well. Y/n quickly grabbed Blizz and turned him into a staff, ready to fight. Students started muttering and whispering in a worried tone, wondering why a head coven witch was with us.
"Unfortunately, I'm not here with good news. The Emperor's Coven has plans to stop multitrack studies, by indicating every Hexside student into a coven before the Day of Unity." Adrian said.
My eyes widened in disbelief. Y/n put their arm around my waist, holding my side tightly in a fit of rage. The other students whispered and looked at each other worriedly.
"Mother Titan!!" A boy said, ripping his sleeves. "But do not worry, no one's magic will be sealed away!! Head Witch Graye is here to support and help us." Principal Bump said, when he did, the boy picked up and slipped on his sleeves again.
The Blight twin, the male one. He was dragged to the stage by a teacher. He was forced to sit on a chair. He looked up at Adrian hesitantly, "Are you sure this is safe?"
"Don't worry, before any coven scouts come by, I'm going to make illusions of signals on your wrists. They're temporary and completely harmless." Adrain said, drawing a circle in the air and then aiming it for the boy's wrist.
A few seconds pass by, and Gus yells out, "STOP!!!" Everyone's attention turns to Gus in confusion, "DON'T TRUST HIM!! HE'S HIDING BEHIND AN ILLUSION!!!"
My eyes widened, and Y/n was not hesitant at all. They clenched on their staff and made a huge circle along with Gus's. With both of their magic, everyone's illusions were real. And it was all coven scouts.
"Cut- Just- just cut!!" The real Adrian said, being revealed sitting on a chair.
As Adrian criticized the scouts, Y/n let go of me and twirled their staff. They were hidden well, and their golden eye shined when they saw Gus getting grabbed by Adrian.
{Your POV}
Anger washed over me. I am not letting this entitled piece of shit touch Gus. I quickly swung my staff when Adrian was distracted. I wrapped my arm and grabbed Gus's shoulder while glaring at Adrian, "DON'T YOU EVEN DARE TOUCH AGUSTUS!!"
Everyone stared in shock, but I didn't care. I was ready to protect Gus and anyone else if my life depended on it.
"YOU LITTLE-" Adrian yelled as he got up. The scouts surrounded us, and Gus was shaking.
"Stay back... stay back.... STAY AWAY FROM US!!" Gus cried, his voice echoed as his eyes glow blue. He projects a large illusion, but it went mad and kept on switching locations.
"How are you doing this!?" Adrian asked, astonished as he looked at Gus.
I kick Adrian away and drag Gus with me, running off. I wasn't gonna let him get hurt, but I also needed to find Hunter.
