Yn only planned to spend 2 months in the country. To recover from an injury and resupply. She did not plan to get the attention of the damn Lightning General. So many gifts and flowers she rejected. It was obvious that the man was smitten with her and having so much free time in his scheduel, he would visit her hospital room.
"Miss yn, how are you even human?" the nurse inquired re-bandaging, "any normal person would be screaming in pain but you are unfazed." the hc haired woman hummed, "high pain tolerance." she was not lying.
When yn entered the hospital, she looked on the verge of death. But she was so accustomed to the beatings that they came off as minor bruises. Now, shes glowing, apart from the busted arm. She would never tell them that she fought a tyrant in another world. A sigh left her mouth hearing footsteps heading to her room.
A delivery man knocked on the doorway, poking his head inside the room, "good afternoon," yn deflated a bit, the nurse noticed, "a delivery for yn ln." the woman rose her good arm and the man pulled out a bouquet of flowers. Pretty red roses.
"oh boy..."
...
"yn where are you?" Tingyun asked the hollogram yn, she wouldve had a normal phone call but couldnt, thats what she gets for having those big furry ears of hers. "ummmmm, I'm at a train station."
"why?!"
"I didn't feel like getting kidnapped today. Check me next dimension." click.
This was weird, they planned to meet Yanqing today, what did she mean by "kidnapped?" .
Tingyun couldn't wrap her head around it. Either way, she wouldn't be back for a while. Her phone vibrated with a message.
"I also paid for your meal at the restaurant for you. As a thanks."
This is why they are friends.
Jing sighed, he moved too slow to catch her. Yn was far from naive, having met people from all walks of life. She has told him a few of them, of talking snakes and trees with clocks. (y/n) went the extra mile from the trailblazers... she travelled different dimensions.
He didn't account for her knowing his plan before hand. Had someone gone through what she did in another world?
(y/n) always pops by the ship every 2 months to recoup her strength and supplies for her travels. She slipped away early but only gave him more time to plan.
He will have to wait.
