Mother's baby, father's maybe...

Children was not something many people planned. Mothers just got pregnant and either kept it or aborted it. The fathers, on the other hand, could just dip and never come back. Even worse shame the mothers. Or worst of all, they stay together in a toxic relationship and ruin the lives of the children.

This was not the case for (y/n). Blade was an enigma, she sometimes regretted letting him into her bed. His hands were so warm and he made her feel comfortable. The man was tall dark and handsome that's why. He was cold and cruel to everyone...

Even her... 

She loved him... 

But he didn't return them as far as she was concerned.

Which is why she left him... if only she knew she was pregnant.

(y/n) couldn't look her son in the eye after the first 20 years. Another 30 years, he looks just like his father. Dark blue hair, red eyes and a cold aura. A carbon copy of him. He received a lot of flak for his appearance after his father became a wanted criminal. She had raised him to be a kind and caring man, nothing like the monster his father was. She was grateful he never took after his father.

She had to explain to her darling son that his father was a criminal. 

"Good afternoon," (y/n) poked her head out from the kitchen, the two started a small restaurant together, it was successful, even after the whole criminal incident. Little Rin... more like, giant after his growth spurt, made a joke about him him being a doppelganger and got several pictures of it. He made a lot of money off it. 

'Little Rin looks just like you, Ren...'

But instead of criminal he's a meme lord.

She would never expect to have to step in to stop him from killing her son. Despite fighting with a broom stick, Rin held his own in the fight, but Ren was not someone to be messed with.

"Don't hurt my son!"

"(y/n)..." Blade was surprised to see her after all these years, then his gaze grew cold. His bandaged hand grabbed her by the hair, "why didn't you tell me about him!" "you and I both know you cant take care of a child, you can barely take care of yourself!"

His glare got icy, offended at her comment.

A force knocked him over, it was fast, he actually didn't notice it coming, "you... what?" 

"dad... I don't know what's going on," Rin stood in between them, "but I wont let you hurt my mother!" he sighed, lowing his sword. He put a finger to his ear, pressing on the head piece, "I completed my mission but I've run into some... trouble. I'll be staying a little longer." 

(y/n) paled. 

"Blade... Ren, you don't have the funds or time for a child, it was the safest decision for the three of us." Blade sighed, (Y/n) had him looking like a bad father, he's staring at his living copy with confusion and horror. This young man looked just like him, every single inch of him, from the hair to eyes, the skin everything. Thank god he took the personality of his mother. the was so much life in those red eyes of his. Seeing him look so alive.

Yn seemed to have raised him well.

Jing Yuan would rip his hair out if he ever got 2 'Blades' running about the ship. 

"I'm going to make this right," the sounds of cloud knight footsteps around the corner made him alert, "I will come back for you." He looked at his son, "Both of you."

He left with that.

While the knights were helping the injured citizens and interrogating by standers, Rin looked at his mom. She looked like she had died. 

"Rin."

"Yes mom?"

"we're moving."
