Few years back (2 yrs)
"No, stop, please I don't need to go I'm fine, I promise, I'm better, I'm not sick, please!" Amelia begged and screamed at her parents, tears making their way down her sobbing face as security guards, hooked their arms with her to assure she wouldn't get away from their firm grip. Her parents were forcing her away to a therapy camp for troubled teens.
And lia knew she had a problem her mental health was drastically declining the more she continued on with her life, her behaviour changing wildly where most don't know who the real her is anymore and the only real thing helping her survive at the moment was her friends, the pogues. John b helping her with any of her problems, pope helping her keep her happy and distracted as well as school support, and lastly her favourite person in the whole world...
JJ maybank, her saviour, best friend and partner in crime, he would do anything for her, and played the biggest part in her life, keeping her away from all her home problems with her parents, the same with her, always helping him with his troubling dad and life problems, they were just always there for each other. The four of them would always go out in the Twinkie on wild adventure all across outer banks, John b's dad big John telling them stories about his las adventures looking for the royal merchant and other super cool treasures.
"I'm so sorry honey, we're doing this for you, we want you to be happy and normal again, we're just trying to help you, we love you" her mother condoled from their front porch, watching as tears escaped her almond eyes. Her parents truly wanted her to be happy, not sopping around in her mental state or even mucking around with those stupid boys, even if they fail to see her happiness with them, especially him.
"No, no please, I swear, I'm ok, I'm better, he's helping me I don't need a therapy camp, I don't wanna go, please don't make me, mum please, dad?" She pleaded to her mother and father. No matter what she did nothing changed, her parents didn't change their mind or even move an inch closer to her to save her, letting the strong guards take her away, their only child, gone in mere seconds.
As the men were putting her seatbelt on for her in the cramped small car, ready to take her off to kitty hawk, a therapy camp for troubled teens, amelia could see her mum sob into her fathers stiff shoulders. Both her parents were visibly pained by her departure yet none of them even tried to get her back, they just let her go.
The worst part was she wasn't able to even say goodbye, the boys would never know she left, or even why, she wouldn't get to say goodbye or even see their faces one last time. Who knows he'll ong she'd be gone for to.
Amelia settles into the camp, still very upset, everyone is uncomfortably nice and welcoming. All amelia wants is to be back home with her friends running around who knows where. Just having fun instead of stuck in a cabin and a camp for troubled teens. She wasn't troubled.

couple days later the boys ask where she is to her parents bc they haven't seen her in days, "hey Mr. , Mrs, holt, where here to ask where your daughter is?" With a bright clueless smirk, JJ asked politely to his best friends parents, knowing full well their opinions on him aren't the best. "Wh-what, she left, without saying goodbye?" All Amelia's parents did was nod, saying it out loud made it sound so real.
Jj knew he would not stop till he got her back, he needed her, just like she needed him, they understood each other.

(One year later)
"Jj, she's not coming back, we need to move on, its for the best." As painful as it was to say all the pogues knew it, they had also added a new recruit to the group, they all knew amelia would love kiara, but she wasn't there and they all needed to move on.

(Another year later)
Amelia woke up with a smile on her face, today was hopefully the start of her last week there, she was more than ready to leave, it had been two years and she missed to boys, especially her favourite blonde.
"Get in there" a rough voice growled out. Instantly amelia rose out, knowing it's another new troubled teen. Today she felt nice, she got out of bed and walked up to the new girl.
"Hi I'm amelia, I can help make this place feel less restricting" she introduced herself, the other girl gave her a smile. "I'm, kiara, kiara carrera, thanks." Together they got talking and became good friends.
After a few nights, the girls got into mischief and amelia was sentenced another week. Unbeknownst to the two girls someone would break into their cabin and everything would unfold.
"JJ, amelia was taken to kitty hawk, a camp for troubled teens" he spoke with sadness, knowing it was for the best, but it still hurt like a fresh wound with lemon juice squeezed into it.
After everyone was asleep in their bunks kiara rode up onto Amelia's bunk and they started their daily gossip sessions. In the small time they have been together, its felt like they've all known each other for years. Suddenly a big knock interrupted their conversation.
Kiara and Amelia immedialty hid underneath Amelia's bed sheets, knowing the trouble they'll be in if the camp founders found them awake after curfew.
The door busted open and a dirty blonde walked into the room. He walked throughout the room looking at all the girls, everyone else woke up from the noise and they just stared at him. "Sorry, excuse me, pardon me, let me just." He kept walking around the cabin, it was quite large, by then both girls had heard the boy talking and both recognised the voice.
"Sorry I'm looking for someone particular." He spoke, kiara immedialty rose her head "jayj?" A confused look spread across Amelia's face, how did they know each other? Amelia both then rose aswell making her presence known to. JJ's face widened in shock and disbelief.
"Jj?"
