Time Jump
*4 months later*
*They all meet at Owens Lake, outside of Keeler California*
*Zoey and Skye drive in Skye's truck; Jake, Sam, Colby, and Corey take Colby's car*
At the dried up lake
"There's a person over there, he was that guy that was talking about you earlier" "Yoo, dude he has binoculars" Colby points out to Sam "Is this trespassing?..."
"Uhhh, well no" "We're on government property technically" Sam says
"Do you remember what happened last time we were on government property" Colby laughs holding the camera
"Good point, we should go" Sam fast walks with Colby over towards Corey and Jake
*Skye and Zoey pull into the parking lot*
*Corey and Jake are walking around in the dusty plains not paying attention*
"Guys, guys" "There's like three people over in the parking lot" Sam and Colby say
"They have a phone, it looks like he's on the phone" Corey notices
"Uhh, let's go" Jake says
*They all start to jog back to Colby's Corolla*
"-Colby, what if it's someone affiliated with Alex" Sam pants while jogging
"I didn't think of that" Colby picks up the pace
*Colby gets back to his car first*
*He gets on the phone with Skye*
"Hey, Skye" "There's a weird guy, that looks like he called either the cops or Alex or some shit" "Don't drive over here"
"Colby, were in the parking lot across the lake" Skye laughs at Colby's cautiousness
"Ohh" "You are the two people that just drove up???" Colby laughs at himself
"Yeah, the guy next to us was just taking pictures" Skye assures Colby
Later
*They decide to head up to the mountains where Cerro Gordo is located*
[6:00 pm]
"Skye, I swear, please don't you fuckin dare, drive off the side of this sketchy road" Zoey says staring out the window
"Well don't stare out the window and we'll be fine" Skye jokes
"Brent said that a wide truck slid off and was only caught be a treeee" Zoey freaks out
"My truck isn't one of those stupid double tire work trucks, Zoey" Skye laughs
In the boy's car
"Colby, you have all of our lives in your hands driving" Jake points out, randomly eating
"Great were all gonna die" Corey jokes
"If something happens to us, and we need to escape, there's only one road up and down, man" Colby points out ominously
