*After going to sleep late Skye sleeps in, even Colby gets up before her*
[10:00am]
"Can you go wake up Skye?" Zoey hesitates then asks Colby
"Yeah sure" "Wait why?"
"I'm making breakfast" She awkwardly mentions and smiles
"Got it" Colby laughs at Zoey being her awkward self. He trots upstairs to do so
"Skye..." Colby whispers and rubs her back gently
"Mmm.. wha" Skye murmurs
"Zoey made breakfast and its ten fifteen" Colby smiles at sleepy Skye's half open eyes
"Oh I slept in" Skye laughs quietly
"Mhmm" Colby agrees
*Skye gets out of bed and trips on a dog toy*
*Colby turns around and catches her fall, he spares her the awkward long eye contact you see in romcoms btw*
"Thanks" Skye giggles and blushes
"No prob babe" He nonchalantly walks into the bathroom
*Skye walks downstairs in her pj's and Gotham follows, she lets him outside*
"Oh hey, did you finally fall asleep?" Zoey asks
"Yep, late though" Skye pulls out a bar stool at the island and sits down observing Zoey making French toast
"Oh, is that French toast?!" Skye says excitedly
"Yess, I had a craving for it" Zoey turns around and smiles
"Is Sam still sleeping?" Skye brings up
"No he's grabbing more vanilla extract at that like mini mart thing down the street"
*Thrash*
*Latch clinking sound*
"Oh okay" Skye turns to look outside the sliding doors toward where the noise came from
"Was that from upstairs?"
"Sam?" Zoey peers around to look for Sam possibly getting home
*Skye sprints upstairs to check if Colby fell or dropped something in the shower*
"Uh okay then" Zoey laughs to herself in the kitchen, about Skye jogging upstairs so quickly
"Colby?" Skye slightly knocks on the bathroom door
"..." *blow drying sounds*
"Colby?..." Skye opens the bathroom door to Colby in his boxers styling his hair
"Uh, hi?" Colby looks at Skye confused and turns off the blow dryer too hear her
"Did you make that sound?"
"What sound?..."
"No I don't think so" "Why?" He furrows his brow while watching Skye's facial expressions change
