"Now as you may already know, my name is Professor Glynda Goodwitch, and I will be your combat teacher, yes you huntsmen and huntresses are trained to fight the Grimm, yet there are people out there who will also harm mankind, criminals, who work on their own agenda" Everyone listened to Glynda closely since this type of class was even more serious than Ports class
"In this class you will learn more about improving the way you handle a fight, and maybe even give your weapons an upgrade if you have any ideas, but for now, I will be putting students against each other, and since we have time, we will have teams fighting one another" she then turned to Team CRDL "Cardin Winchester, you and your teams gather your weapons, and you will choose your opponent"
After a few minutes, they all returned with their weapons Glynda asked "So, who would you like to go against"
"I want to fight" he then points to the black haired teacher "Him"
Everyone was surprised by this "May i ask why Winchester?" Kirito asked calmly
"I don't believe how someone like you became a teacher already, I would like to pummel you and show you just to show Ozpin how wrong he is" Cardin answered with a grin on his face with his team agreeing
"You are suppose to choose-" before Glynda could protest, Kirito stopped her
"Fine then, but since I don't want to hurt you kids, i will not attack you" he says as he got on the arena
"You will go down punk" Cardin with his cocky attitude said
"Me and Lily only saw him fight with his sword, how will he fair without one?" Ruby asked her, Jaune and Ace's team curiously
"Don't worry, Professor Kirito will be fine" Jaune said confidently
Ace stayed silent as he watched "the big screen up here will show the students aura, once it turns red, they are out of the match" it then showed team CRDL's aura meter, but when it showed Kirito, his aura was already completely gone, this surprised everyone but team CRDL laughed "Kirito, your aura"
Kirito looked at Glynda unbothered "I never unlocked my aura, but that doesn't stop me from fighting" he says which made the team stop laughing "This is a handicap for the students, if they can pin me to the ground in under 2 minutes, they win, i will not attack the students but only defend" Kirito said calmly
Glynda was a little shocked but shook it off "very well, you may commence whenever you want"
As soon as Glynda finished her sentence, team CRDL all charged at him, yet he only stayed still "Oh I can't watch this" Weiss said as she covered her face
As soon as all their weapons reached just around his body, he simply stepped back, which caused the students weapons to recoil, moving back slightly
Kirito still stayed calm as he waited for the team's attack again, but two students that had a sword and dual daggers suddenly changed their tactics, with the sword changing into a rifle while the daggers changed to revolvers
They then immediately started shooting him, but Kirito kept dodging the ranged attacks, this went on for 10 seconds until they ran out of ammo from their magazine's
"Immediately changing tactics, simple, yet very effective students" Kirito says, smiling at them genuinely, yet Cardin got really passed at this that he charged at Kirito again, using the same tactic which was aiming high, yet Kirito side stepped
But Cardin then made a follow up of continued swipes as Kirito kept dodging, all the while, Sky used his staff to try and stab him while Kirito was distracted, yet this time, he jumped high
