Blake was on the balcony of a restaurant as she looks out onto the city, she still thinks about her encounter with Kirito, the person who saw her cat ears yet accepting who she really is
She thinks back to the aftermath of her running away from team RWBY

When she made it out of the Beacon school grounds, she started walking until her ears picked a sound of quick footsteps coming towards her, she grabbed her weapon expecting a battle only to see Kirito, she sheathed her weapon as Kirito waited
"Professor Kirito, what are you doing here?"
"...Did they find out who you are?" He asked but out of concern
"I showed them. I don't think they'll want me around again"
"Because of you being a Faunus and having ties to the White Fang?" Blake was shocked about this, but then let her head down
"When you saw me fighting off the White Fang back on the streets, was that the evidence?"
"Kind of, but the next piece was your team arguing very loudly" Kirito says chuckling a bit
"Oh" Kirito then proceeds to walk up towards her "So what do you want to do? Report me to the Police?" Blake says as her eyes shows the fact that she has given up on running
"No Blake Belladonna" her ears under her bow twitched a little out of curiosity "I would like to hear your side of the story"

Blake told him everything, how she was involved to be with the White Fang, how they changed from simple protests to acts of terrorism, yet she ran from that life after a train heist regarding the dust crystals being shipped from the Schnee Dust Company
She sighed in relief after the fact that she was able to say what has been bottled up ever since she joined Beacon
"So Blake, what's your decision?" Blake turned back to Kirito who was sitting eating some food
"What do you mean Professor?"
"Do you want to go back to your friends, or do you want to redeem yourself?"
Blake immediately clenched her fists "I want to redeem myself"
"That's a noble cause, then let's go" Kirito says as he got up from the table
"Where are we going?"
"From the story you told me, the White Fang always attack stores and the like to either free the Faunus who are trapped, or to ruin the Schnee Dust Company, from that piece, it would mean that they will attack a crater filled with dust that was sent by said company at the docks"
Blake agreed to this as they headed off to the Docks

"Thanks for the help" Yang says as he left another store "Ugh! This is useless, she's been missing for five days, and to make it worse, Professor Ozpin called us to say that Professor Kirito is also missing! Ugh!" Yang was getting irritated from the extra work they now have
"Don't worry Yang, we will find them" Caia says trying to reassure her
"I'm glad you're helping us Weiss" Ruby says with a bright smile on her face
"It's the least I can do after she showed us her ears" Weiss answers with a soft yet sad smile in return
"Come on everyone, let's check out Blake's favourite tuna spots" Ruby says as she walks to a nearby lake in Vale
"Me and Caia can try to find Blake somewhere" BF suggests with Caia nodding in agreement
"If so, try searching for her around the library books, I'll send you directions to where she frequents on your scrolls" Yang says as she sends the coordinates to them, to which BF and Caia nods, and walks off "I'll see if I can find Blake around the plains" she says as she clicks a button on her keys, her bike coming to her, she gets on and drives off
