Chapter seven

-Jasper's POV-

there is something about y/n that pulls me in, I know that Alice is my mate but I feel a very strong connection to her, It's almost like having a mother around which  I know the others can feel it as well as they all feel 'safe' with her around.

Y/n's mother wanted to take her back home as she didn't like not having her daughter around which we all understood greatly. "Do you think he'll be happy now?" Alice asks as she slings her arms around my shoulder gently making me smile. "Yeah he seems happier now, it feels almost complete with her" she kisses my cheek and hums in response. "walk with me?" she asks grabbing my hand taking me into the woods. "Jas, do you think they'll get married, I cant see their future together for some reason" I look at her with a confused look. "Why cant you see their future? I'm sure he found the right one" she shakes her head a little with a smile. "I think something else is going to happen before anything good can happen" I say with a frown. "the only difference is I can see y/ns future" I smile as I drop down from the tall tree we were sitting on, Alice following.

"Mother" is all I say as I began walking back to the house making Alice confused. "What do you mean by 'mother' Jas?" I smile and bring her in by the waist. "She's our mother" her smile grows as she understands what I mean and brings me into a giant hug.

back at the house Emmett almost knock me and Alice out with a full wall length mirror as he walks up to the room there decorating for Carlisle and y/n. "Dude watch it! you almost killed us both" Bella rolls her eyes while carrying two buckets of paint up with her. "Oh chill out Jas I'm not going to kill you" Emmett laughs as Rosalie helps him with the mirror. I role my eyes as Alice laughs and walks up the stairs to most likely help out. "Thank you for this Jasper" I jump as Carlisle puts his hand on my shoulder. "its the least I can do Carlisle, all I want is for you to be happy again" I say with a serious tone. "Nothing will be the same without Esme but you finally found your true mate which makes us all happy" he smiles and there is a sudden knock at the door. "I'll get that, why dont you go and see how the room is doing" i nod and make my way up to the room.

Carlisle's POV 

walking towards the door I see two cloaked figures at the door which instantly makes me tense. opening the door I see jane and her brother Alec standing there with a piece of paper in their hands. "what brings you here jane, Alec" I say slowly making then push through me up to the main part of house to be met with the rest of the coven. "Aro has stated that there has been a new addition to the coven and has written a personal letter to them" Emmett growls lowly hearing Aro's name. "I understand that she is not here?" "No she's at home with her mother, i can bring her here if you would like?" she nods making me sigh and run out the house towards y/n's house to see her I her front garden painting. she looks up hearing me opening the gate. "Carlisle, how lovely to see you again" her mother says walking out of the house with a smile. "Good afternoon miss, would it be ok if I take y/n back to the house? Alice wants to take her shopping" she nods while helping y/n with putting her paints away and kissing her cheek. 

walking back to the house my mind kept flowing with thoughts of the letter Aro had written and what might be in it. "Love? are you ok you look a little tense" she asks stopping to put her hand on my shoulder. "The Volturi are back at the house, well jane and Alec" she freezes and gives me a strange look. "There here about me, aren't they.."
