Shadows chased away by sunlight
Only for the sun to go again
An endless cycle of flight and falling
That I just want to end
Daylight tints my world of darkness
Moonlight shines and keeps my nights in check
All I want is to fall
So I can be caught by you yet again
Drown in pain and in shadows
Unknown unseen and unloved
Seen as insignificant and unnecessary
To be saved and adored by you
