I looked in the mirror and touched up my hair. It's grown long to the point where I could do small french braids and the bleached tips made it look better in my opinion.

I stuck some animal bones haphazardly and put on my pride pins; a Bisexual one and a DemiGender. I chuckled at myself at how those are technically other colors I allow myself to wear.

I took a deep breath and released all the Illusionary magic I had on myself, the only major scar that you could see are the missing ear and the one on my forehead. But if they ask, the back of the shirt is see through.

"Miss.Solaire! You're on in three!" I heard it being yelled at the door, I changed into boots and just made sure the jewelry was correctly put on. I took a picture of the outfit and sent it to Finn.

Finn:[Now regretting not going :(]

Edith:[;P]

Finn:[<3] I chuckled and sent a goodbye and headed outside.

People started gathering around me, they put a mic in my overshirt and adjusted the things I already put on. I was gently pushed out onto stage, the bright lights momentarily hurted my eyes but it faded quickly.

"Now I'm sure you may be asking why this girl is on here," The host, Brett, yelled, "but! She is the daughter of the! King! Solaire!" The audience applauded, though I could tell they were confused. I sat down on the couch and smiled.

"You are Edith-Solaire, correct? Now we have a couple of questions to ask ya." Brett shuffled some cards and flipped through them before choosing one.

"I'll be happy to answer them!" I played with the ring on my pinkie finger, Finn and I have matching ones. We started to wear it more often since the Inversion.

"Well let's begin from the start, how did you become a Solaire?" I gulped, okay breathe in and out. Choose your words carefully, don't give them any of the gory details.

"Oh! That is straight to the point, but-um," I leaned forward, "I ran away from my home back when I was eight? The house was burning down and! I just ran," I glanced at the ceiling for a quick second before I continued. Still trying to keep it not so gory.

"Do keep in mind I was fully shifted," Even though I shouldn't have been, "I was stuck for two years. Runnin' around and survivin' as a wolf, and at some point I trespassed on my Dads property and he saved me!" The audience 'ooh'-ed.

The host coughed, "That's certainly something! Couldn't it be less gruesome?" I shook my head. Kinda stunned that he asked that.

"Nope! That's the cleanest it gets." There was a silent moment before he asked the next question, who are my biological parents? That caught me off guard. I know Linda is the birth-giver, but I don't know who my Biological Father is. I shook my head slightly before I answered.

"I can't tell you who my bio-mother is but all I can tell you is she's a Vamp now and was," I let out a breath, "I mean she still is abusive. But I can't say it, not yet." I stared at the host, who is in shock. I see he wasn't prepared for such a backstory. I kinda feel like an angsty person wrote it out, but who would do that?

"On the note of parents," He slammed the desk, "How is William as a father? Not as a King." I smiled, "He is very kind, and sweet. He tries to hand me the world on a silver platter," I adjusted how I sat, "but I refuse. I want to at least earn some of it myself." The host nodded along every word and the audience mumbled.
