Chapter Ten - BFF Chat and Family Chat

Sky was in class when his phone rung, he asked to be excused as it was important.  As he stepped out of the classroom he answered the call, "Hello, P'Phayu? What's wrong"

There was a big sign at the other end of the phone, "Sky, I don't know what to do, Rain is really being difficult with me" Phayu sounded stressed, "He wants to leave and I have told him that he can't just yet, he is still not 100% better.   He is not listening to me, I've gotten to the stage where I just want to tie him to the bed and run outside and scream!".  Phayu took a deep breath in, "I know you told me around about now he will start being difficult, but I really think he hates me!"

Sky rolled his eyes, Rain had no idea how much this alpha is wrapped around his finger.  He rubbed his eyes, true to form the fourth day in to his recovery, Rain turns into the worst patient ever.  Even his mother, who is the most saint like person you could ever meet, would be close to losing her temper with Rain.  "OK, P'Phayu, I will be there as soon as I can", with that he called P'Pai, who answered on the second ring, "What does my beloved need from me" he sung down the phone, for the second time today, Sky rolled his eyes - what is with these two alpha's? 

"P'Pai, I need a favour can you run me to P'Phayu" Sky asked, "I think Rain is close to making P'Phayu cry".  Pai whistled down the phone, "hey is this the time where Rain gets super crappy?" he asked.  Sky told him that yes it was and could he leave now.  Pai told him to meet him outside in 10 minutes.  Sky collected the notes from the class for himself and Rain and made his way to the entrance.  He almost felt sorry for P'Phayu.

Sky and Pai arrive outside Phayu's apartment, when he opened the door you could see he was near bra king point.  "Oh thank God" he said, "He is in the living room at the moment"  

They all walked in together and Rain looked sulky at them, "Oh look, its the three musketeers" he said sarcastically. He was sitting on the couch with a pillow on his lap, there were pillows scattered around, Sky knew that he had thrown them in a tantrum.  Sky rolled up his sleeve,  he knew how to deal with this brat but first he had to get rid of the alphas.  

"OK, you two" he pointed at them, "Get your gym stuff and get pumping, running or what every you do at the gym"  He spun round to Rain, "and you and I are going to have a chat"

"I don't wanna talk to anyone" Rain sulked and sat back in the sofa with his arms in defiance.  Sky walked over to him, bent down to his level and asked, "Oh! I am sorry, did I start the sentence with 'if it pleases your majesty?'".  Rain looked in to Sky face and saw that he was not getting away with his behaviour with Sky, "Fine" was all he said.

Phayu and Pai was dumbfounded, Sky was a force to be reckoned with as he took no crap from anyone.  Pai loved this side of Sky, the strength of his personality was a big turn on.  That was until Sky turned back to them and said, "What are you two waiting for? Come on get your gear and go!".  They did not need to be told for the third time.

Soon it was just Sky and Rain, "Ok Rain, you can stop being a dick now, what the hell is wrong with you?"

Rain angry turned to him, "What's wrong with me? Why are you chummy with them? Not even four weeks ago we were running away from them, now it feels like no one is on my side.  What are you in to 'real love' now?".  Rain jumped up and walked to the window and looked out, "Have you forgotten our old pack?, What my mum and your dad had to do to save us from those twisted fucked up pricks?"

Now Sky was getting angry, "Right first of all, dickhead, I have always have and will always be on your side.  No, I have not forgotten anything.  Rain you were so ill, and those two dropped everything to make you well again - not asking for anything in return.  I watched and learned a lot about them.  Phayu could have marked you while you were there helpless, but he did not, even though he is your mate and has that right in a sense.  He has not made a move to claim you as, as he wants you to want it too.  As for P'Pai, he looked after us while we looked after you, he gave his bed up for me.  I watched them interacted with humans and lower status of werewolves, and you know what?  The are respectful towards everyone, regardless of their status.  Very different from what we grew up with until the 'Brake'"
