This was Neytiri's home, as John could now clearly see when he turned to look around. The warriors were pushing him forward as he was thinking to himself. When they arrived, a crowd had gathered to watch him and Neytiri.
While some of them were watching John, the majority of them were shocked to see Neytiri after her being gone for months. The females in the clan were flirting with him while the males were glaring at him.
Her mother and Beyral were seen by Neytiri coming out of a tent. The last time she had seen Beyral, her stomach was growing, now it was a lot bigger then before. As Jake stood in front of Beyral, Mo'at and Beyral approached them.
Mo'at glanced first at her daughter and then at the man standing behind Neytiri, Neytiri just rolled her eyes as she watched her mother looked at her before giving her a hug.
"I was concerned about you; where have you been?" Neytiri just stared at her as Mo'at spoke." I had been missing for months and you hadn't thought to look for me." She told her as Mo'at flinched at what she said as her ears went to the back of her head.
"What's happening here? Who is this person? She remarked as she circled the man to get a better look at him." Who are you?" John looked at Neytiri, who gave him a nod as she questioned him.
"I'm John." He said as she watched him before grabbing something sharp and poking at his chest, John yelled out as he grabbed his chest to rub the blood off.
"Is John just your name?" She asked, and Neytiri looked at her before looking at John." If they knew he was related to Quaritch. They would certainly try to kill him now." John Miller." He said this as he looked at Jake, who was staring at him.
When he said that, Neytiri sighed in relief; he was good at picking up on what she was trying to tell him. That was one of the things she admired about him.
"Why are you here? We returned you humans to Earth." John was watching her as she spoke." I have no human body to return to, so I am unable to go back." Jake hissed at him as he spoke to her. Was he lying to stay on Pandora?
"Are you the one who took my daughter." Mo'at asked as John's eyes widened before looking at Neytiri who soon stepped in." He saved me from sky people, even if he was one himself." She said, covering for him. John smiled at her and Beyral saw it but didn't say anything.
"I highly doubt it, humans are nothing but selfish." Jake told them as Neytiri hissed at him." You were once human. Look at you now." Neytiri told him as Beyral went to his defense." It is because he was chosen. He is one of the people, not him." She said, pointing to John.
"He belongs with the people. He sees us. He learns what it means to be one of us." Neytiri spoke before turning to face her mother." Is this correct? John nodded in response to Mo'at's question." Yes." John told her and Neytiri waited for her mother's answer.
