JOHN'S POV:
It's been a year since the humans invaded Pandora, and a year since they returned. Much has changed in the village as a result of them. We had a curfew, which meant that you could only be out at night at a certain time.
The majority of parents have begun to train their children to be warriors. It was only a matter of time before humans discovered us. We've heard that Jake Sully and his clan have been evading human supplies, preventing them from becoming more powerful.
For my clan,we began constructing gates around the village to keep animals and other creatures out. It also helped us keep an eye on the village in case we were attacked.
Neytiri wanted to fight the humans, but I couldn't risk putting everyone in danger, so we stayed and trained our children until they were ready. And besides, she was pregnant after all.
Even though she was four months along, we still didn't know the baby's gender. But Neytiri didn't mind as long as the baby was safe. Spider has taken training seriously ever since I showed him his Avatar. Tuk remained the same bright girl, while the others continued their training.
Three of our children were able to obtain an Ikran about 6 months ago. We began allowing Sylwanin to hunt with us because she was the oldest.' Angeo was making progress, and as for Hipawo, well, let's not go there.

'Angeo quietly stood by the trees as he watched a angtsìk walk by. He moved closely and raised up his bow, ready to shoot. As he was about to shoot someone scared him from behind and his arrow missed the animal.
'Angeo watched angrily as he watched the animal run away. He turned around to see it was none other, his brother smirking at him. 'Angeo hissed before taking off to go find the animal. He ran through the trees as he followed the angtsìk.
'Angeo knew he had to hurry before it got back to his herd. He grabbed his bow and aimed it at the animal in mid run. He yelled before shooting his arrow in the animal's neck killing it. The angtsìk fell down instantly on the ground.
'Angeo jumped down and looked at it. He began praying to it as its life left Pandora. He put his bow behind his back and turned to see some of his people running up. John looked proud at his son as the other warriors grabbed a net to carry the animal back to the village.
"Where is Hipawo." 'Angeo asked his father, who walked up to him." I sent him home, I did not like the stunt he pulled earlier." John said and 'Angeo nodded." Let's go home." He said before helping the others bring food back home.
When they opened the gates and entered the village they were met with their wives and children, greeting them on their return. John smiled as he watched his youngest daughter run up to them. He caught her in time and raised her up into his arms.
"You came home." She said and he smiled at her." Of course I came home, I'll always come home." John told her before putting her down to see his wife walking up to him. John held her stomach as she smiled at him.
"How are you and the little one?" John asked and she chuckled." We are doing fine." She told him as he nodded at her. She walked up to her son to greet him. John turned to see Hipawo and Spider laughing about something before heading to the bonfire.

"Mom, I don't think I'm cut out to be the next Tsahìk." Sylwanin said and Neytiri looked at her." And why is that?" Neytiri asked her and Sylwanin sighed." It's just that I don't think being a Healer is something I want to do. Maybe Tuk can be it, she loves healing." Sylwanin told her and Neytiri smiled.
"You want to be a warrior like your father and brothers?" She asked and Sylwanin nodded to her." I will support you in anything you need to do, but it's your father I'm worried about." Neytiri said and Sylwanin smiled before hugging her mom.
"Thank you mom, I won't let you down." Sylwanin said before running away, Neytiri chuckled before going back to what she was doing.
HOURS LATER AT DINNER.
The family all gather around in the hut as Neytiri puts the food on their plates. John came into the hut and kissed Neytiri on the lips before sitting down next to her. He smiled as she gave him his food.
Neytiri watched as Spider came in and sat next to Hipawo, John gave her a look and she rolled her eyes before helping Tuk eat her food. Everyone chat among themselves while eating dinner. John cleared his throat and everyone all looked at him.
"As you may know, humans returned a year ago to try and take our home. And I feel like we all need to relax And try not to be so tense, you are after all still children." He said and Neytiri frowned.
"What are you trying to say, ma John?" She asked him and he looked at her." I was thinking about going on a family trip with all of us together." He said and everyone's eyes widened." But what about the humans, what about the people?" She asked him, sure she would love to take some time off from fighting but she was worried about the humans ambushing them.
"Everything will be alright, I have asked Ray to take my place until we get back. He's good." He said before looking at the kids." Are you really considering this, dad?" Sylwanin asked and he nodded.
"We deserve a break and your mother definitely needs it. I don't want you stressing out the baby." He told Neytiri and she smiled at him before nodding." Your father is right, we definitely need a break." She said and the kids all smiled at that.
Well alright then, get packing.
This chapter is short. I didn't know what else to write on this one. John will see Quaritch again in the next chapter.🤪 Bring on the drama.
